Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Booked this place for a week stay in Perth. For a family of six, this is a perfect place with 3 bedrooms, modern furnishings. Place is clean and all equipment functioning well. What you see in the pictures is what you get! That's great. We had issues with the wifi login at first but host is fast to respond to give new login details. Wifi is good, no lagging. Location is peaceful and accessible to grocery store. Overall, value for money.

The house was extremely clean and virtually brand new with very little wear and tear. Very conveniently located and provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Washing machine pods, dishwasher tablets, body soap and shampoos etc. Lovely large luxurious bath towels, and and a very comfortable couch and home. Overall this was a wonderful stay, we were very comfortable.

I stayed there with my family of 5 pax. The interior of the house is clean. Full of amenities and fully air conditioned. There is only a central control to set the temperature for all rooms and living room. I had some problems as the rooms do not feel the air con and only the living room feels cold. The wifi was also very very slow in terms of Internet speed. I could only text message and couldn't watch any videos or surf any webpage. It was that bad. The management did not resolve the issue throughout my stay. I had to use my own internet data from my Sim card. The balcony has cobwebs on the ceiling and also external windows. Garage is big for 2 saloon cars but a bit squeezy if you want to park 2 SUVs. Supermarket is very close and nearby. There is water heater, washing machine, dryer, bathtub, shower facilities. Overall it was a great experience staying there except for the Wifi issue.

Amazing, beautiful house! Central location for Perth. Hosts were very lovely and easy to get a hold of. Perfect house for two families to stay in - so you get your own space. Lots of concrete stairs, which was a little difficult to manage our forever moving 1yr olds but would be fine for children over 5 :)

This was a great house. Very modern, clean, lot's of different spaces. The only 2 mini downfalls and only because I'm nitpicking is there is no microwave in the kitchen and there was a lot of disruptive noise on the street mainly across the road where the police were called. I didn't check out early however, I poured a glass of vino and watched the action unfold from the steps. Absolutely Spectacular Views!
