We stayed here for nearly a week and had a very pleasant experience. The place was very clean, and all the equipment and appliances were in excellent condition. The air conditioning took a little time to cool initially, but it worked well after that. The location is convenient and close to town, which made getting around easy. Overall, it’s a great place for families with kids, and we would recommend it.

Had a great stay for our family of 7! Maylands is a good and central neighborhood, easy to get around. Overall the stay was pleasant. If I have to nitpick due to personal preference, pillows were a little soft 😅 Not much amenities within walking distance as I recall, but the trade off is that you get a nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood 😊

Fin og ryddelig bolig i god stand. Boligen giver dog et noget upersonligt indtryk med meget sparsomt indbo. Tydeligt at den kun bruges til udlejning. Belysningen kunne være bedre. Kun meget skarpe spots i loftet som gør det svært at hygge sig når det er mørkt.

The property is near to the swan river with easy access to cycling tracks and walking trails, which attracted us. Not too far to the city centre, with many restaurants within the neighbourhood.

I stayed at the property with my 4 sons and we felt right at home. The location was central, we had a very beautiful view of from the balcony and it was very convenient for me and my sons. The property was spotless and management were very helpful with any queries. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and we would definitely love to stay again. Kind Regards Trent

We have a great time at the apartment, walking distance to train station, bus stop. Coles and other shop - 15 mins from the house. We have air condition in every room. Washing machine and dryer. Kitchen is well provided with what we needed. The microwave was kind of too high for us , we couldn't access it at all as we r not tall enough. 😂. Otherwise we did enjoy the accommodation.

10-15 drive to Central Area and 20-30mins drive to main attractions. Clean and could accommodate 5 adults 1 baby comfortably. Would recommend!

Very lovely stay

This property is perfect for a comfortable stay as it has plenty of room. It is what is described luxurious however be aware the stairs as the only issue but for most it wont be a problem and the beautiful service from the hosts to the beautiful property itself certainly makes this place a great stay.

The place was comfortable and clean. The staircase needs some caution when going up/down and I nearly slipped (on the half slab at the middle landing) but thankfully managed to recover before a fall. Amenities were available though the 8 night stay will mean having to replenish somethings on our own. Generally, good property, nice surroundings and lovely home.

Had some minor issue with the power switch when we arrived but host was quick to respond even though it was after our late flight arrival. There were 4 of us and plenty of space for family, would highly recommend for anyone seeking a family getaway.

Everything's perfect for family holiday.

Booked this place for a week stay in Perth. For a family of six, this is a perfect place with 3 bedrooms, modern furnishings. Place is clean and all equipment functioning well. What you see in the pictures is what you get! That's great. We had issues with the wifi login at first but host is fast to respond to give new login details. Wifi is good, no lagging. Location is peaceful and accessible to grocery store. Overall, value for money.

Fabulous again!

The house was extremely clean and virtually brand new with very little wear and tear. Very conveniently located and provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Washing machine pods, dishwasher tablets, body soap and shampoos etc. Lovely large luxurious bath towels, and and a very comfortable couch and home. Overall this was a wonderful stay, we were very comfortable.

The house was ideal and very good value for the size and age. It was only a ten minute walk to the shops and cafe's and the train was also in a 15 minute radius.

House as per matching description. Host responsive.

I stayed there with my family of 5 pax. The interior of the house is clean. Full of amenities and fully air conditioned. There is only a central control to set the temperature for all rooms and living room. I had some problems as the rooms do not feel the air con and only the living room feels cold. The wifi was also very very slow in terms of Internet speed. I could only text message and couldn't watch any videos or surf any webpage. It was that bad. The management did not resolve the issue throughout my stay. I had to use my own internet data from my Sim card. The balcony has cobwebs on the ceiling and also external windows. Garage is big for 2 saloon cars but a bit squeezy if you want to park 2 SUVs. Supermarket is very close and nearby. There is water heater, washing machine, dryer, bathtub, shower facilities. Overall it was a great experience staying there except for the Wifi issue.

Lovely townhouse, exactly as described. We are a big family but this accommodated for us perfectly, close to crown and CBD. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Perth. Host is very responsive. We loved it, my family and I look forward to more stays with cloudbnb.

Amazing, beautiful house! Central location for Perth. Hosts were very lovely and easy to get a hold of. Perfect house for two families to stay in - so you get your own space. Lots of concrete stairs, which was a little difficult to manage our forever moving 1yr olds but would be fine for children over 5 :)

Great host and the house is truly beautiful! You can see the sun setting from the balcony too. Location is just a few minutes drive away from the airport and Perth city. A home away from home.

Booked this place the night before I had to rush to Perth. I’m so glad I did, as it made my stay in Perth so comfortable. It felt like home. Our stay was perfect, the place was modern, clean, spacious and stocked with the necessities The host was lovely and super responsive, there was an issue with the washing machine and within a few hours of communicating with the host, the issue was resolved. Was such a beautiful home

Great place for a few nights in Perth

This was a great house. Very modern, clean, lot's of different spaces. The only 2 mini downfalls and only because I'm nitpicking is there is no microwave in the kitchen and there was a lot of disruptive noise on the street mainly across the road where the police were called. I didn't check out early however, I poured a glass of vino and watched the action unfold from the steps. Absolutely Spectacular Views!
