Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

My family stayed here over Christmas holidays and were very happy with our accommodations. Great coffee shop downstairs which we visited daily and an easy walk to most locations. House had everything we needed and we felt at home during our time there. Only downside was only 2/3 bedrooms have an air conditioning unit which resulted in my kids having to share a room.

I needed a location which was convenient to the City and also to the vibrant Northbridge area; and Rm 115/228 James Street stood out, not only for it's perfect location, but also because it sleeps up to 8 people. I was blown away by the quality of the accommodation which has obviously been recently renovated to a very high standard; modern new kitchen with stone tops and breakfast bar stools, two pristine, beautifully appointed bathrooms, wifi, large new smart TV, bedding enough for 8 people, A/C in each room, shaded outdoor area with high table and chairs; perfect for the afternoon relaxing gin and tonic near the outdoor pool area or sunset dinner and drinks with friends and family. The ease and convenience of dealing with Cloudbnb made the whole experience something that I will look forward to repeating at the earliest opportunity. Well done Cloudbnb. Regards, Garry
