A perfect place to stay! The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. All the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect as it was very close to the town centre. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Great place

Walkable to the train station (around 10mins walk). zonts bakery (halal friendly) right below that opens really early i.e. 6.30am. sparkly clean toilets. Dryer and washer were really helpful.

Great location, walking distance to all the restaurants and cafes plus just a 10 minute stroll into the city. Easy access, nice barbecue and pool area.

パース駅からのアクセスがよくとても便利だった。 今回2家族で宿泊したがバスルームもトイレも2個ずつあり全く不自由がなかった。 駐車場も無料で使用可能、専用スペースがあるので戸惑う事がなかったのがとても安心できた。 宿泊前、中含めて返信はとても早く助かった。 次回パースに来る際もぜひ利用したいと思える宿泊施設だった。

総じて良い宿泊先です！ 質問には常に早い返答があり、とても親切でした。 3家族でちょうど良い大きさで、パース駅に歩いて行けます。 細かいことを言えば、食洗機用の洗剤がなくなったので追加をお願いしたが、普通の食器用洗剤が届いて残念でした。 トイレが1階にしかなく、3階のベッドルームで過ごすメンバーには不便でした。 BBQグリルのエリアの電気がつかず、夜は真っ暗で誰もBBQができない環境です。

非常にきれいで過ごしやすい宿泊先でした。 特に、ロケーションが抜群で、周囲に素敵なカフェやパブがあり、キャットバスのバス停も近く、車で移動するのにも非常に便利な場所にあります。 パース観光の拠点として強くお勧めします！！

We had a great time staying here. Location is great and the host is responsive. We had requested a refill of amenities and it was generously provided within the same day. This place is an absolute gem. 👍

Was a nice place to stay, although wifi doesn’t work throughout the three levels. Close to a lot which was great for us even though we had a car. Great car park well signed

Nice apartment in a good location, the host was very responsive with our requests. It’s worth to know that the toilets are all downstairs and one bedroom is upstairs, which means people sleeping there need to climb down two flights of stairs to go to the toilet. It’s a bit weird setup, but we managed with it fine. The sofa bed didn’t seem in a very good condition, but we didn’t use it. Overall had a nice stay and were able to use the pool as well on hot days.

For a group of 7 adults this was a great deal, was in the city area which was very convenient, hosts were always responsive when we needed assistance, i would recommend this for a group of friends travelling together who would split the cost up and it had a pool which was very cooling during summer.

Had a group of 13 split between two houses, and had the best time! really close to everything. Was a shame that the pool was closed during our stay but that was easily fixed by Adventure world.

Beautiful would definitely stay again

My family stayed here over Christmas holidays and were very happy with our accommodations. Great coffee shop downstairs which we visited daily and an easy walk to most locations. House had everything we needed and we felt at home during our time there. Only downside was only 2/3 bedrooms have an air conditioning unit which resulted in my kids having to share a room.

A bit of a complex check in system, but very well explained in the instructions. The location is superb and the place tidy and very clean.

I needed a location which was convenient to the City and also to the vibrant Northbridge area; and Rm 115/228 James Street stood out, not only for it's perfect location, but also because it sleeps up to 8 people. I was blown away by the quality of the accommodation which has obviously been recently renovated to a very high standard; modern new kitchen with stone tops and breakfast bar stools, two pristine, beautifully appointed bathrooms, wifi, large new smart TV, bedding enough for 8 people, A/C in each room, shaded outdoor area with high table and chairs; perfect for the afternoon relaxing gin and tonic near the outdoor pool area or sunset dinner and drinks with friends and family. The ease and convenience of dealing with Cloudbnb made the whole experience something that I will look forward to repeating at the earliest opportunity. Well done Cloudbnb. Regards, Garry
