• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Clean & comfortable space in a convenient location, within an easy walk to the city. Host was responsive to communication and proactively provided useful information.

Clear check in instructions and communication from the host. Easy to get in and out of the city with e-scooters parked just out the front. The reception of the hotel was helpful also. The apartment was clean and had all amenities, however it is not a smart TV so no Netflix/Streaming available, however we had a laptop and hdmi cord so was no problem for us! Overall, great stay and would recommend to others. Will be returning again in the future.

Lovely cozy place to stay in with a professional responsive host. Would love an easier check in process though. Given we didn’t have a car, having to go claim a key at their office half an hour walk away from the place while carrying my luggages was a bit of a struggle on the first night (then return the said key on the last day). The place itself was as described with suitable amenities and public transpirations were in close proximity.

This was a comfortable place for 2 to stay a few nights close to Perth CBD. There weren’t restaurants or bars right on the doorstep, but probably only a 15 minute walk away. The only real draw back was having to collect and return the key from a location a few suburbs away from accomodation and not having a starter pack with milk on arrival. Not having internet was also a bit disappointing too, but overall we enjoyed our stay and the hosts were friendly and responsive when communicating.
