Well appointed, modern and stylish appartment close to city center with gated parking, AC, laundry and full kitchen. If you need access to the city center this location is great. It is part of a larger complex that has a gym, pool and tennis court. The apartment is spacious with a comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 9 weeks while relocating to Australia. The location is excellent—right in the city centre with easy access to transport. On arrival, the apartment wasn’t as clean as expected, but the host addressed this quickly. They were also responsive when issues arose—the dishwasher needed fixing multiple times, and someone was sent promptly each time. However, there were ongoing inconveniences. Only one key card is provided, which is difficult for two people. The apartment is small, worn, and not suited to long stays. Storage is limited, and the fridge/freezer struggles with more than a few items. Only one set of towels and linen is provided. The couch is very uncomfortable and feels like it’s on its last legs, especially on the left side. The pool is tiny and under a freeway, which was disappointing. The balcony is small with cobwebs, and there’s only one small AC unit in the bedroom. Overall, good location and responsive host, but not ideal for long-term stays.

Clouding Management gave a clear instructions for check in and check out. The unit is same as photo shown. Location is also very convenient.

Very convenient place to stay in Perth! A car is needed for getting around, but the location is great and the road noise is very well managed just closing the windows.

quiet apartment In a quiet location close transport to major landmarks and beaches, it was my first time travelling to Perth for a concert and it was very convenient and clean, hosts were very responsive happy to help and friendly, everything you need is close by. there is a lot of information available for tourists as well. I would happily stay at thesw apartments again in the future.

I’ve stayed at this accomodation as a hotel before, so it was nice to stay in a private apartment in this complex. The personal touches to the apartment like decor were nice and the kitchen ammenities were great. If you are attending a conference or event at Perth Exhibition Centre than this is a great 10 minute walk from there.

My partner and I loved our recent stay here. It was in an amazing location, within 15-20mins walk to everything we needed. The host was really responsive to messages which was really helpful when we had an enquires. The apartment was so cute and so well decorated, we loved it! Thank you!

Clean & comfortable space in a convenient location, within an easy walk to the city. Host was responsive to communication and proactively provided useful information.

Clear check in instructions and communication from the host. Easy to get in and out of the city with e-scooters parked just out the front. The reception of the hotel was helpful also. The apartment was clean and had all amenities, however it is not a smart TV so no Netflix/Streaming available, however we had a laptop and hdmi cord so was no problem for us! Overall, great stay and would recommend to others. Will be returning again in the future.

Nice place. Match the descriptions and the photos. Well maintain, private peaceful neighborhood. This place have proper amenities and facilities. They even provide us with highchair for my baby for free. Thankyou for the incredible service.

Lovely cozy place to stay in with a professional responsive host. Would love an easier check in process though. Given we didn’t have a car, having to go claim a key at their office half an hour walk away from the place while carrying my luggages was a bit of a struggle on the first night (then return the said key on the last day). The place itself was as described with suitable amenities and public transpirations were in close proximity.

Good, clean place, great price.

This was a comfortable place for 2 to stay a few nights close to Perth CBD. There weren’t restaurants or bars right on the doorstep, but probably only a 15 minute walk away. The only real draw back was having to collect and return the key from a location a few suburbs away from accomodation and not having a starter pack with milk on arrival. Not having internet was also a bit disappointing too, but overall we enjoyed our stay and the hosts were friendly and responsive when communicating.
