Cloudbnb connects guests with short-term rental properties across Australia. We provide an online platform to discover, book, and manage stays. All bookings are subject to the terms listed here and additional terms specific to each property.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must not:

  • Interfere with the site’s security or other users
  • Use automated tools (like bots or scrapers) without permission
  • Use the Site to breach any laws or regulations

Accounts and Bookings

When making a booking, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

When you make a booking, you enter into a binding agreement with Cloudbnb Management, and you agree to their specific house rules and cancellation policies.

Payments and Fees

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). You agree to pay:

  • The full amount shown at the time of booking
  • Any applicable service fees or taxes
  • Any additional charges for damages, cleaning, or late check-out as specified

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by property and are shown before you confirm your booking. Please read them carefully. Cloudbnb does not guarantee refunds unless they are in line with the stated cancellation policy or required by Australian Consumer Law.

Guest Conduct

You must treat all properties, hosts, and neighbours with respect. This includes:

  • Not exceeding the guest limit on your booking
  • Not engaging in illegal, disruptive, or dangerous behaviour
  • Following all host-provided rules

Violation of these rules may result in eviction, extra charges, or being banned from the platform.

Host Responsibilities

Hosts must provide accurate property descriptions, honour confirmed bookings, and maintain clean and safe properties. They are solely responsible for the condition of the property and the experience offered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site – including logos, images, text, and software – is owned or licensed by Cloudbnb and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability and Disclaimer

We do our best to keep the platform safe and accurate, but we can’t guarantee that everything will always work perfectly. We are not liable for:

  • Errors or interruptions on the Site
  • Issues between guests and hosts
  • Property conditions or services offered by hosts

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated.

Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to how we collect and use data as outlined there.

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Western Australia.
