Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Absolutely brilliant property, would 100% stay there again. Extremely clean with very comfortable beds - even the sofa was extremely comfortable. Very prompt replys from management.

Positive points: - Super close to restaurants. - Next to the beach. - Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the beach. - Comfortable bed and pillows. - Nice view overlooking mostly river (the rest is the carpark) - Large Balcony. - Good facilities, dishwasher, washer & dryer. - Good WiFi. - Large Comfortable couch. - Host easy and quick to contact. Negative Points: - Not overally clean and some maintenance issues while there. - Bathtub shower. - In the main complex NOT the beach houses. - Check in a bit too complicated. - TV NOT a smart TV so only normal channels.

Excellent location! Close to all restaurants, bars & the foreshore. It’s right on the beach. Apartment was great! Clean & Tidy, big King Bed and pull out sofa. Only disappointed was some of the channels on the tv wouldn’t work. It’s not a smart TV so we weren’t able to watch Netflix as planned in the evening but that wasn’t a major problem. Could do with some seperate towels for the pool as they wouldn’t provide them to us at reception as we booked via Air BnB. Host offered lots of recommendations! Have booked to stay again over the New Year but not through host as wasn’t available on our chosen dates. 100% recommend, great family holiday!

I didn't know you could book the SeaShells in Mandurah on airbnb website, with CloudBNB. The property was in excellent condition and better than what the photos showed, property sits on the beach and kids loved the infinity pool and had a game of tennis. Easy to access with the lockbox at the entry, less than 2 minutes' walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Staff were friendly and very helpful; I will be staying in this property again over the Summer months..
