Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

What a way to start our WA adventures, with 2 little boys , they settled in straight away, beautiful set up and allows us to chill in the balcony with a few wines whilst the boys watch a movie on the best lounge - highly recommend for parents that want a break but not ready for babysitters or kids clubs . We will be back! Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highlight was definitely the beautiful location, we spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony watching the dolphins and boats go past. The apartment was also extremely clean and had everything we needed. It's also within walking distance to the main foreshore and restaurants. Couldn't fault it. Thank you for having us!

Dad and I stayed for a few nights as his 80th birthday present. He could not stop raving about the location and the views. Very clean. Very comfortable. Easily accessible for those with mobility issues. We walked to a number of the nearby eateries and also cooked in the well appointed kitchen. The balcony was a wonderful area to spend time chatting and dolphin watching. This has been our favourite Airbnb location that we have stayed in (worldwide).
