Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor living areas, outdoor spaces and the private jetty.
The garage is not available for guest use. Off-street parking is available for up to four vehicles on the property.
Self check-in is provided for a smooth and flexible arrival.
As the property is located directly on the canal, children must be supervised at all times when using the outdoor areas, deck and jetty. Please take extra care around the water, as there are no lifeguards on site.
The Space
This spacious canal-front home in South Yunderup is designed for relaxed family and group getaways. With four bedrooms, a fold-out sofa, two bathrooms, multiple living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, there is plenty of space for everyone to settle in comfortably.
Large windows and open-plan living spaces fill the home with natural light and make the most of the peaceful canal setting. Step outside to the private jetty, where guests can moor a boat, fish, crab or simply enjoy time by the water.
The outdoor deck offers a great space for BBQs, relaxed meals and evening drinks overlooking the canal.
All televisions are smart TVs; however, the downstairs TVs are not connected to an aerial. Upstairs air conditioning provides both heating and cooling. Please note that the wood fireplace is not available for guest use.

Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $900 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $300.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $250 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $900 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $500 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $350 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $900 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $800 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.
The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.
Cancellation Policy
Cloudbnb applies a Firm Cancellation Policy.
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price will apply.
Any refund will be calculated based on the total booking price, less the applicable cancellation fee and any non-refundable fees or charges set by the booking platform or payment provider.
