Hi, My friends and I did have a pleasant stay and experience overall. However, there are a few items for you take note. 1) some of the light bulbs in the living and dining rooms have blown out. 2) the tap in the common shower is leaky 3) the mattress on sofa bed sinks in the middle and it's pretty uncomfortable 4) the dryer is a little faulty. It stops halfway thru the mid cycle occasionally. Despite the above, the house is clean and comfortable. We will check out at 10am tomorrow and duly noted on the instructions. Thank you! Our family had a wonderful stay here and would definitely book again! The space is very spacious and in a great location. With the weather being quite cold during our visit, we appreciated how quickly the heat pumps warmed up the entire place. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. The hosts were incredibly friendly and checking in was seamless. When we needed a last-minute late check-out since our flight was at 8 PM, they accommodated us with a very reasonable fee, which really made a difference. It gave us extra time as a family to enjoy each other's company without feeling rushed, and we left feeling relaxed and happy. Highly recommend — A+++

Awesome place in the middle of many nice parks and restaurants. Had more than enough space for my family and I to relax after a long day of sightseeing in Perth.

Management were very responsive to questions. Great location. Lovely house. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Minor maintenance issues. One bedroom didn’t have heating but we were able to source a portable heater from friends.

Host is responsive and helpful. Place is stacked with appliances for us to use. Great place overall 👍🏻

Great location and very clean! The area is perfect for foodies and those using public transit. A couple of things to note: one bedroom lacks cooling (no fan/AC), and there was an additional non-refundable damage fee required by the host. Overall a cozy stay, but check the house rules regarding extra fees!

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It’s well equipped and very comfortable. Air con throughout except for one of the bedrooms. In a lovely quiet location yet close enough to walk to bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This is a really lovely place, beautifully furnished and the layout of the house was perfect for our needs and actually exceeded our expectations, we walked in and were immediately saying WOW. Location is fantastic, close to Leederville, Lake Monger and so easy to get onto the freeway. House was clean, lots of towels and beds and linen were beautiful. Great value for money given we stayed right in the peak of December. Great communication and highly recommend.

Spacious house was as it says. West Leaderville is a great spot close to everything and a quiet environment. CloudBnB are very responsive hosts looking after anything that we needed. We would book again.

We had a good stay at this very centrally located Air bnb. The house itself was spacious, and we appreciated the central, yet quiet location. The bed was very firm (which suited us but not for everyone). There were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed which I did have to bring to the attention of the team, and they were quickly resolved. It would also be helpful to include things like fly spray/swatters and for future visitors.

Really grateful to have stayed here! The place was as described and near to many places. With a car we could get to places quickly and easily. The kitchen and washer etc were great. We really appreciated the storeroom with lotsa supplies like laundry capsules, kitchen towels, rubbish bags etc. Host was always responsive and offered help readily when we asked. We are a family of 3 elderly, 2 adults and 2 toddlers and we really like and enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the thoughtful and comfortable space!

Excellent house which made my last stop in Perth feel like home. The instruction is very clear and easy to find ways to open the gate. Everything in the house is good and lovely. Recommended!

The location of this air bnb is amazing! We were so close to everything! The street was nice and quiet and the amenities plentiful. The rooms were all a good size, however the location was what really made this place. Friendly neighbours and beautiful trees! Loved it!

We had a fabulous stay and the location probably doesn't get any better for what we needed. The WIFI details are not conveyed in the welcome email so you have to contact them to get it I can see by previous reviews that this has been mentioned in the past so would be good to rectify. We had a nearly two week stay with a family with limited essentials which is pretty standard however I definitely notice and rebook where they acknowledge this and provide more than a weekend stay definitely not essential but its appreciated. The response time when we had questions was pretty good.
