The Space
Secured complex comprising of 15 apartments. – Your apartment is located on the first floor. The apartment can be accessed via the lift or 1 x staircase (there are 16 steps to this staircase). – You will have access to 1 x undercover dedicated car bay located to the secured complex parking. – As you enter the apartment, you will be welcomed by the front hallway – to the left you will find the open plan kitchen, dining, lounge & balcony, the hallway to the right will take you to both bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry. – The kitchen is modern and stylish. Comes fully stocked & equipped perfect for short or long stays. Offering a taster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk frother, electric cooktop with 4 x burners, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freestanding fridge/freezer. There are also 2 x breakfast bar stools to sit at the breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee or utilise the space to work or study from home. You will love cooking for your family and friends in this beautiful space! – The dining space is located in between the kitchen and lounge space. Offering a beautiful black timber rectangular dining table with 4 x chairs. – The lounge space is so comfortable and stylish! There is also a portable clothes dryer available to use or communal clothesline located outside to the side communal courtyard opposite the apartment entrance. – The bathroom is located at the end of the hallway and offers a mirror, sink/vanity, toilet & shower. PARKING… – You will have access to 1 x dedicated undercover car bay located through the secured complex car parking. – There are additional visitor bays that friends and family are welcome to use if they are visiting for a short time. HEATING & COOLING… – There is 1 x split system located in the open-plan kitchen, dining & lounge space. This size split system is capable of heating & cooling the apartment nicely. TIP: please ensure that all balcony doors are closed, blinds are down, and the laundry and bathroom doors are closed to allow the apartment to heat up nicely during winter. – Additionally, both bedrooms have portable heaters for those cool winter evenings. CHILDREN’S AMENITIES… – We have available a highchair which is always kept at the listing. – We have available a portacot which is always kept at the listing. – We have available children’s plastic dinner plates, bowls, cutlery & cups. – We have available some children’s books and toys to keep your little ones entertained during their stay. Hiring a car in Perth is recommended. – Closest bus stop is located 140m (2-minute walk), from the property and the buses here will take you to Glendalough Stn and Perth Busport. You can also go to Scarborough Beach Bus Station located 260m (4-minute walk) from the apartment and the buses will take you to Stirling Station or Perth Busport.
Scarborough is a popular family friendly beach side suburb in Perth’s northern suburbs. The evolving beachside community of Scarborough is a big draw for surfing, cycling and family days out, with a laid-back vibe to its smoothie bars and brunch spots. Buzzing modern bars and pubs bring more energy to the neighbourhood after dark. Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.
The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.
