We stayed for 2 weeks. We enjoyed staying at the unit. Good walking distance to shops, cafes and beach.

It was very clean & tidy & a great location. Beds were comfortable & it was well priced. It was not big enough to fit 5, however, there was no room in the main bedroom for a suitcase & it felt cramped. The dining area was very cramped too. It could do with a few more saucepans in the kitchen. We had trouble accessing the main building, the key & controller we were given either didn't work or we didn't know how to use it & were not given clear instructions for this. We had to ask a local resident the keycode to get in which they kindly gave us. Communication was good, a bit clinical though, I do not know who I was communicating with. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay & great location, well priced, just not for 5.

The place feels like home. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Instructions for keys and access would benefit from a lot more detail. For example it does not include and guide entry very well. Both the main door entrance and the apartment door uses the same hard key. The fob key however, is for the chain gate access to undercover parking. It has number 1 and number 2 buttons on the fob. Button 1 releases the chain with a short time frame to drive over. Button 2 has a longer time frame to drive over. Where it is confusing is on the chain gate there is a box where a hard key can be inserted and it's easy to think inserting the key will activate the chain gate. But it doesn't and risks being broken if forced. It requires key fob buttons 1 or 2 to activate as described above.

Nice, clean place and in a good location with an easy walk to the Scarborough beachfront with loads of places to eat & drink. Host was very friendly and accommodating and really good at communicating. Lots of kitchen staples provided which was nice! One thing to note is the accommodation is very small! Barely enough room to lay an open suitcase on the floor. And car parking also a bit tight if you’ve got a bigger car - but that’s not a reflection on the accommodation. Overall though a nice place to stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is in a perfect location close to amenities and the local beach. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sunsets that Scarborough has to offer. The facilities in the apartment were very good and we were very pleased with them. We did have an issue with WiFi when we first arrived but this was promptly resolved and we had assistance from the company. The property was very clean and tidy. We did have an infant on the booking so it would have been helpful to have a high chair on the premises. The upstairs neighbours were quite loud on a regular basis but we understand that this is no reflection on the air bnb itself Overall we had a great stay and we would return to this location!
