Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

We very much enjoyed our stay on Hay Street. The apartment is comfortable spacious & very well equipped. The hosts were easy to deal with & very prompt to answer any queries. The weather was extremely hot when we were in Subiaco so it was also lovely to have use of the small pool.

The unit was on a busy main road, the noise made it hard to sleep at night. Various maintenance and security items were reported and the solution was to lock everything up which I didn’t have keys for the window to the kids bedroom. Keys were issued by the handyman later. Locking everything up restricted ventilation while in the unit. Cloudbnb communication was good. They tried to attend to the maintenance items but it was disruptive for our stay. Perth is a beautiful place, I wouldn’t stay in this accommodation however I would rent through Cloudbnb again.

We had a great stay at Leonardo’s place. The home was warm and inviting, enough room for us to have individual space and even some games/ sport equipment for the kids to use at the nearby park. :) Great coffee spot across the road, close to Woolworths and coles. The home is also located central to all Perth’s attractions, walking distance to Kings park and short drive to major hospitals.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised to find an entire basket of beautiful toys when we reached the apartment which was perfect to distract the kids while I unpacked for our stay. Everything was in pristine condition and just beautiful. It was homey and the perfect place away from home. Leonardo was very responsive and answered all of my questions to the tee. Very appreciative. What a lovely time we had there.

Fantastic apartment that exceeded my expectations. Beautifully renovated, clean, inviting and secure. The kitchen had everything you could ask for with all the amenities you need. The bathroom was luxurious and fresh. The bedrooms were stylish and comfortable with clean linen and towels. Best of all, this apartment is close to everything, the City, Kings Park and Subiaco shops and pubs. I’m definitely staying longer next time and would highly recommend this stay.
