Excellent, convenient location and good amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay as a young family of 4, making use of the pool and close by Kings Park. The flat itself is on a busy street so expect street noise if using the spare bed for children (which also does not have proper blinds). Walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy parking.

Tidy little apartment. If you're a heavy packer or not as physically able, note it is on the third floor and there's no lift. Good spot for a couple or single person. Parking available. It is roadside so if you're a light sleeper and aren't getting up early bring ear plugs as you'll hear service vehicles and traffic early. Not loud at night. I was perfectly comfortable (July) and there's air conditioning in the living area but there is no air con in the bedroom so it could be hot in there in summer. Thanks for a nice stay.
