Great apartment in East Perth. Very spacious and plenty of room for a group. Equipped to a high standard. Better than expected. Easy to walk to Optus Stadium and to Swan River and Elizabeth Quay. Would definitely recommend

The apartment was located close to amenities and was in easy walking distance to restaurants etc. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and a great size for families but is looking very tired inside and could do with a basic refresh (paint etc). Overall we had a great stay.

Nice and very convenient locations, suitable to travel with the kids. Supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies car rentals are just stone throw away. The accommodation itself is spacious and equipped with basic facility especially kitchen, washing machines and dryers. One of the best accommodation we stayed so far

The building is located near the Red Cat line so easily accessible. Few eateries nearby so food is no issue as well. The public car park is also nearby for those who need a parking space.

It was very roomy, relaxing and comfortable place. Needs a little maintenance, if you need anything the managers were happy to help and responded to messages quickly.

Rare to find such a spacious place to stay in Perth. It is close to the CAT bus stop and we were able to check-in smoothly with the clear instructions.

great place, lots of room for the kids to play in which was helpful considering the average westher we had. location is out of the busy areas, but still walkable to a lot of things. Hosts were very responsive to messages as well.

place is v safe and convenient (same building as a hotel), with free CAT bus to the cbd area. lots of cafes nearby too within walkable distance! :) host was also v prompt in replying messages.

Loved how spacious the apartment was. Was excellent for our big family. Loved that it had a balcony, washing machine and dryer.

Great place

The apartment was just what our needs required (looking after 90 yr old parents). IBedrooms and bathrooms gave us our own space and the living area brought us all together Wonderful kitchen and the pool just outside our door was a bonus. E scooters on the street verge made for a quick trip to Optus Stadium (left the olds behind). Easy ride in the quiet end of the CBD That whole experience was way too much fun. I would def go back again to this place.

Enjoyed our stay, great for a family gathering. Lots of thoughtful touches to the accommodation to make it a home away form home.

Exactly what our family were seeking, excellent location in the heart of Perth CBD. Everything walking distance, or a free bus. Property was very clean, lots of space. Staff at CloudBNB were very friendly, will stay there again great value for a family.. Highly recommend..

Location was close to Red cat stop. Enough room space for 6ppl. Some equipments and door lock were not in best condition. Overall, we had a good stay!
