Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

The apartment was located close to amenities and was in easy walking distance to restaurants etc. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and a great size for families but is looking very tired inside and could do with a basic refresh (paint etc). Overall we had a great stay.

Nice and very convenient locations, suitable to travel with the kids. Supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies car rentals are just stone throw away. The accommodation itself is spacious and equipped with basic facility especially kitchen, washing machines and dryers. One of the best accommodation we stayed so far

The building is located near the Red Cat line so easily accessible. Few eateries nearby so food is no issue as well. The public car park is also nearby for those who need a parking space.

great place, lots of room for the kids to play in which was helpful considering the average westher we had. location is out of the busy areas, but still walkable to a lot of things. Hosts were very responsive to messages as well.

The apartment was just what our needs required (looking after 90 yr old parents). IBedrooms and bathrooms gave us our own space and the living area brought us all together Wonderful kitchen and the pool just outside our door was a bonus. E scooters on the street verge made for a quick trip to Optus Stadium (left the olds behind). Easy ride in the quiet end of the CBD That whole experience was way too much fun. I would def go back again to this place.
