Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

This place is great! Located strategically near the city centre. They provide baby crib and baby high chair which are very helpful for family with babies. There was an issue with the dryer at our last day, but it is still managable. There was also an issue with water supply due to maintenance, but I understand that it was out of the host control. Overall, this place is recommended

Great place! Right next to the CBD in East Perth. You could walk to the nearby venues and attractions or catch a free bus. The unit is a standard hotel room, but with all the amenities as listed. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and we were quite pleased that they were quick to rectify a minor issue we had. I can highly recommend, it's good value.

mmmm, a very very lovely host indeed. Although I don’t know their name but hey they are very helpful and kind, we got a free early check in and even late check out despite there are other guest that day :D, what a host unlike some host that charge the hell out of you for early check in and check out. This house really surprised me with the diversity of kitchen appliances there are, you can cook any Gordon Ramsey grade meal with the appliances, even the saucepan is from MasterChef. Mmm the location is pretty solid there are plenty of car rental so you can just park at rental and avoid the bloody 30$ a day parking at the premises, and ummm a simple 15 min walk to shopping district if you think is way too far you are just lazy and obese. But for real most Perth attractions are unreachable by public transport. Overall mmm this spot is a real bargain, the beds are soft, the sofa is also soft, the carpet is clean and uhh there’s dishwasher so yeah just stay here my friend
