Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

The apartment was in a very handy location that meant we could walk most places and there were quite a few cafes close by to try. Optus Stadium was a nice 30 minute walk also.

nice spot, beds comfy, would stay again, split systems didn’t seem the coldest - might need servicing … if using hotel underground parking at $30 a night be aware it is very small and tight especially if you have family car … didn’t like the hotel didn’t have garbage chute on each floors like most hotels.

the apartment is as described, very clean ,spacious and feels like home with a well equipped kitchen. Great location with walkable distance to the park, river and Esplanade. Free city bus stop a few metres away. Host responded well. only issue was the vacuum cleaner did not have a good suction hope they get a replacement soon

It’s in a service apartment. Restaurants and convenience stores are stone thrown away. Location is great. Hosting team is professional, quick in response, problem solved promptly. The place has everything essential you need. They even provide some toys and books for the kids. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. Great for family with kids. Only downside is that only 1 bathroom could be a bit inconvenient for group travellers. Unless you are willing to stay a bit further from city centre, guess it’s pretty standard in this area based on what I searched through Airbnb listings. Will definitely recommend this place .

The unit was just as it was described. Lovely little extras including bottle of wine, snacks, TimTams, coffee machine, bottled water and toiletries. Very tidy, clean & nice space. Host was helpful with instructions and key finding. The Mantra staff were kind even though they are seperate to this Airbnb. Pre existing damage was present but the host made us aware immediately that these issues were being sorted - hard to flush toilet button and a piece of wall covering had come loose. Overall a very nice stay & we enjoyed the few days before my wedding relaxing in this spacious apartment.

Location location location! The air bnb was located in ideal walking distance to the CBD. The apartment was child friendly and contained necessary amentities including toys and kids plates!!!! Communication was clear and prompt. Only issue we had was there was only one key which deemed super difficult amoung guest staying. Plan on renting again in the near future
