Bus: There are several bus stops along Hay Street and in the surrounding area, so you’ll have quick access to local buses that take you into the CBD, Northbridge, and other nearby suburbs.
Free CAT Buses: Perth offers free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses that loop around the city, including East Perth, Northbridge, and the CBD. They’re a convenient and eco-friendly way to explore the city center without worrying about fares. The free bus service is particularly helpful for getting around during the day.
Cycling & Walking:
Walkability: East Perth is very pedestrian-friendly, with wide sidewalks and plenty of green spaces. You can easily stroll to nearby attractions like Langley Park, Elizabeth Quay, The Perth Mint, and Kings Park. For those who enjoy walking or jogging, the Swan River has scenic paths that are perfect for a morning run or an afternoon walk.

Car Rental: If you prefer to explore the city and surrounding regions at your own pace, several car rental services are available in the area, including at Perth Airport (about a 20-minute drive) and nearby locations in the CBD.
Parking: There are several paid street parking options in East Perth. Many residential buildings, including the apartment complex, offer secure parking for guests, but it’s always a good idea to confirm availability with the host ahead of time. There are also public car parks in the area, particularly near the WACA Ground and Crown Towers, where you can park for a day or longer.
Driving to Nearby Areas: Getting around Perth by car is straightforward. The Mitchell Freeway is easily accessible from East Perth, and it will take you to Cottesloe Beach and other coastal areas within 20 minutes. Perth Hills and the Swan Valley are about a 30-minute drive if you’re looking for a day trip out of the city.

Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Cancellation Policy
Cloudbnb applies a Firm Cancellation Policy.
Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price will apply.
Any refund will be calculated based on the total booking price, less the applicable cancellation fee and any non-refundable fees or charges set by the booking platform or payment provider.
