Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Great location, we walked to most places, enjoying the lovely weather. Apartment was neat and quiet, an apartment in a motel complex. The apartment gave us room to move, so much better than a motel room when you are staying more than one night. We were just one couple but there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for friends to share. Can recommend if you are visiting Perth.

The place was squeaky clean, perfect for a stay for a family. The air bnb management was also very helpful when we need to do a late checkout for a small fee. Overall I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are travelling in Perth 😆

Place was very clean and comfortable. Had all the basic amenities required for a week long stay. Only complain would be the lack of ceiling lights in the bedrooms, only had bedside lamps in both rooms. Toilet was clean. Water pressure in one of the toilets was a little low but wasn't a big deal. Location is absolutely great for doing stuff around CBD and East Perth. 15-20 mins walking distance to all the common attractions around CBD. Red CAT bus stop just 2 mins away if needed.

A fine place to stay, conveniently located. Good spacious apartment and responsive, helpful host (a management company). When booking I didn’t realise the apartment was inside a hotel but ultimately there was no issue with that. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms separate enough from each other so there is some privacy. Basic items provided like coffee and some toiletries. Overall, no issues and would stay again.

Host provide a smooth check in process, clear communication, and comfortable accommodations/amenities. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Cons: The keys are not located in the same building though. it's a 2 to 3mins walk from the place, but clear instructions made it easy to find.
