The house very cozy and the most important is easy to get public transport, public parking and just few steps from the house to get rental car..

Good location, great space for a family.

Great location, we walked to most places, enjoying the lovely weather. Apartment was neat and quiet, an apartment in a motel complex. The apartment gave us room to move, so much better than a motel room when you are staying more than one night. We were just one couple but there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for friends to share. Can recommend if you are visiting Perth.

Cozy and comfortable unit, perfect location for exploring the outter CBD by walking or push bike. Enjoyed the private balcony where you can people watch and have a beer or wine whilst the sun goes down over the city.

Well Worth it

Easy to access and didn’t have any troubles with the place or amenities. Close enough to cbd for food and have all the sporting facilities within walking distance.

Wir haben hier 3 Nächte gehabt. Die Wohnung war sauber und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das mit dem Parken war etwas nervig, ansonsten alles in einem top Lage und super Wohnung.

Great stay, really handy for free Red CAT bus to CBD. Bit of a mix up on arrival was quickly sorted out. Very local restaurants/take aways. Big property, would stay again.

We had a few problems however were rectified within a reasonable timeframe. I’d stay again.

Really spacious and comfortable apartment, with excellent beds and linen. So easy to get around Perth on the free buses, just a few steps away from the front door. We loved our 4 nights stay, and the communication with the host was excellent too.

Only 30m to Free Red Cat Bus Stop, 20 mins walk to CBD, there are a lot cafe/resto around. 5 mins walk to a beautiful seaside garden

The place was squeaky clean, perfect for a stay for a family. The air bnb management was also very helpful when we need to do a late checkout for a small fee. Overall I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are travelling in Perth 😆

Place was very clean and comfortable. Had all the basic amenities required for a week long stay. Only complain would be the lack of ceiling lights in the bedrooms, only had bedside lamps in both rooms. Toilet was clean. Water pressure in one of the toilets was a little low but wasn't a big deal. Location is absolutely great for doing stuff around CBD and East Perth. 15-20 mins walking distance to all the common attractions around CBD. Red CAT bus stop just 2 mins away if needed.

Fantastic stay! The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes and a convenience store. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Perth!

Was more than happy everything went smove was very happy with what i got great value while most other places doubled there prices due to it being country week price was great and even though being country week and full of students was still quiet relaxing

A fine place to stay, conveniently located. Good spacious apartment and responsive, helpful host (a management company). When booking I didn’t realise the apartment was inside a hotel but ultimately there was no issue with that. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms separate enough from each other so there is some privacy. Basic items provided like coffee and some toiletries. Overall, no issues and would stay again.

Clean unit and very convenient. The RED CAT bus stops nearby, Carlton or Plain Street stop to CBD. Good restaurants nearby. Host provide a smooth check in process, clear communication, and comfortable accommodations/amenities. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Cons: The keys are not located in the same building though. it's a 2 to 3mins walk from the place, but clear instructions made it easy to find.

The apartment was clean and cosy, it had everything we needed. The apartment was easy to find and we were given clear instructions to locate the lockbox for the keys. The bed was comfortable and the shower heads were great for a hot and nice shower after a long day exploring the city. Will definitely recommend and will certainly come back the next time we visit.

Cloud Bnb's is very friendly host. we had an issue with the internet at the first days, but they tried to help then they provided a permanent solution. They are very active and responding to the messages in no time always ready to help and support. The location of the property was amazing and easy access to the city downtown.
