Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

All was satisfying for us...except that we noticed someone from the management come in to the apt (the day before checkout day) while we go out. Nothing is missing...just an uncomfotable feelings. We can tell because he/she left some traces behind, that we noticed. If you need proof...I can mentioned them. If management need to check things out before we leave, we are very welcome...just say so. Do not come in like that. Btw thankyou so much for the pleasant stay...

This is a very beautiful apartment which is close to many ammenities and not far from the CBD, casino etc. The host is very responsive, communication is great and the place is as described and neat. One thing to pay attention to is that the apartments are located within a hotel building. We received a noise complaint from normal conversation (three persons) at approximately 2030, and we took heed. At approximately 2330, the hotel manager proceeded to evict us, due to alleged noise complaints. We were infact about to retire for the night when this happened. So halfway through our stay, at 2330 we slept in the streets of East Perth.

Great place to stay within city. Nearby to stores and restaurants. Complete ameneties like if you love too cook you can. With almost complete condiments. Also has laundry. Easy to check in and a very clean place. Would definitely book again in the future :)

Thank you for our stay. It was a last minute booking due to a medical emergency requiring our travel. Booking and check-in instructions were easy and the apartment was clean. One of the bedrooms had two single beds as opposed to the double bed described in the listing however accept this may be due to the last minute booking. Overall our stay was great and we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Great location if one wants to be located in East Perth. Good area for moderately priced restaurants and convenience stores; however Mantra wifi is problematic. Therefore, if you have important online meetings / video streaming ensure you have backup hotspot from a mobile phone.

Accommodation was spacious and well-equipped. Appreciated prompt responses from host to any questions we had before arrival and during stay. Well-situated for easy walking along river into Elizabeth Quay, and to Hay Street Mall and to supermarkets and to the Mint and WACA. Recommend Wok and Ladle Thai restaurant that is across the road. On last day discovered Queens Garden park at the end of the block which is definitely worth a visit. Will be very happy to go through Cloud Bnb for future visits to Perth.
