Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

到指定地點拿房卡時只拿到一張(入住說明有兩張卡),而且房間刷卡無法進入,還好有家人與房東聯繫,才得以解決。第二天返回住所,兩張房卡都失效,無法進入房間,與房東聯繫後,依指示到一樓櫃檯重新設定,才能使用。 房子乾淨,但大床的房間隔音不太好,可以聽到隔壁的聊天聲音!廚房配備齊全,但塗層的炒鍋刮痕很多,我們都不敢使用,還好還有一個較小的不鏽鋼鍋可以使用,其餘湯鍋、碗盤都很足夠可以使用! 整體上來說,住宿品質還是不錯的!

For a family of 5, it was excellent to have a kitchen and laundry. We hired a car and there was plenty of paid street parking. Host was really responsive and we enjoyed our stay in Perth.

Host was super responsive. Had a small glitch on check in that was rectified quickly. Location is great, close to the city, river and there are lots of convenience stores closeby. Accommodation is as described. Clean rooms, nice facilities. The pool was average but swimmable and the kids enjoyed it. The exercise facilities were good too. Lots of places to eat out nearby. The only downside is parking. None onsite however there is a secure Wilson parking about 100m. Weekday rates were reasonable and weekend rates were great. Had a lovely stay Thankyou!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay throughout but there are things which could be better: 1. The WiFi service is rather slow. It also doesn't help that we have to reconnect every 3 days, which makes it a bother. Furthermore, with 6 people staying in the unit, you get the idea. 2. The walls are rather thin. We are a large family group, who often share experiences and pleasantries when we get together after the day's activities. It bothers us that people could actually hear us and had come over to check if everything was alright. It seems that we cannot have a good laugh in the unit, despite of its size. 3. I would like to report a rude staff member who had barged into our unit on the last night of our stay. He is of Asian descent, probably a Chinese. He is rather large looking and was bespectacled. He barged into our unit and told us to lower our volume, without even introducing who he was. Something nasty could have broken out at that moment. He quickly left when I came out of my room.

Central location. Safe. Building staff were very friendly as it's located within hotel premises. Easy to dispose of thrash. Able to park where I could see my vehicle from the room. Parking onsite was also convenient on the days I stayed in. Reasonably priced. Washer, dryer and dish washer was handy! (For a big family like mine!)

- The apartment was everything I needed, spacious, peaceful, quiet and secure in a central location. - Cloud Bnb instantly accommodated my request for an early check-in due to my flight arriving in Perth in the morning without hesitation and I'm very thankful that I didn't need to wait outside with my luggage. - They did not disturb me during my stay with unnecessary communications unless I needed them, in which they were very quick to respond. - There were ample cleaning supplies available for me to maintain a clean home while I was there. - Bathrooms were stocked with shampoos, conditioners and body wash. - Plenty of additional items such as games for entertainment. - Wifi was good allowing me to video stream and conduct business meetings. - Front desk staff were friendly and never interfered with deliveries or when my business clients visited during the day. - Minimally but adequately furnished apartment with spacious feeling. - Overall a fantastic stay, thank you Cloudbnb :)

This was a great location. It is close to a lot of pubic transit and restaurants in the area. You can see the Swan River from the balcony. The apartment was exactly as listed and clean. The host was responsive and left very clear instructions.

A spacious two bedroom plus living room serviced apartment located with the Mantra Hotel. Ideal for a family of four or six if they can bunk on sofa and a pull-out, it has full amenities with hotel style beds and bathrooms that will delight the residents. Now for the downside of which there are two rather important ones. Firstly, weak Wi-Fi that'll make uploading your gorgeous pics a pain and and browsing the net a chore. Secondly, the TV belongs to ages gone by. There's no Netflix, no YouTube. All there is are local channels with plentiful ads and cooking and gardening shows with the occasional international news. Doesn't work for us. We compensated this with outdoor gourmet eats and gorgeous shopping.
