Lovely apartment. Good location close to the free bus service

We had a few initial hiccups — we didn’t realise the hot water would cut out after 7 minutes, but once we were informed, we were able to work around it. The toilet door also locked itself when closed (thankfully no one was inside!), so we just made sure the kids didn’t shut it fully. It took us a couple of nights to figure out how to use the heating, so we were a bit cold at first, but once we got it going, it worked well. Despite these small issues, the place served its purpose and overall we were happy with our stay.

Great place, perfect location not too far from the city and a lot of restaurants close by to choose from.

The apartment was in easy distance of public transport & walking distance to great parks, Optus Stadium & Matagarup Bridge, however it was also very peaceful. Everything was clean & well-presented on arrival & the laundry was so handy to have in the apartment. A negative was the narrow entrance & entry to the car park - drive cautiously! - but worth it for the free parking. It would have been nice to have had two access fobs, however we made do with one. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay, but there were issues. The beds were comfy and its in a great location. The actual apartment was clean, but the apartment building is quite old and dirty (obviously not the apartment owners fault, but something to keep in mind). There was no toilet roll holder and we had no hot water for the last day and a half, we let the management company know but never heard anything back from them at all.

Nice apartment, close by to shops and restaurants. Parking space was totally OK for a little SUV, the path to the parking space is a bit narrow but it worked always fine. The host ist responsive, wanted a ID or drivers license in advance, no other host on our long trip required this. The host communicates a lot and repeated the house rules multiple times. In the end, they also mentioned again that any delay would be fined, which felt a bit unnecessary. Overall nice apartment.

great place to stay! had some nice cafes nearby and was able to go to the supermarket without worries. near the expressway & gas station, so driving to & from while topping up before heading to the airport was easy. car park was very tight, my MG ZS was already having an issue turning in. if renting this place, would not recommend driving any car bigger than this.

Great place at city area, very close to CBD. Gem listing in the area with private parking. Parking area is very tight, you have to be a good driver tho. Otherwise location is perfect, supermarket right opposite but only open till 9pm. After 6pm it would be more difficult to find food nearby, but I guess that’s just Perth in general. A lot of construction within the building, you will notice dirty or dusty hallway but the unit itself is very clean. Overall, recommended stay!

The apartment itself is very well equiped and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great in the heat wave we experienced. The location is wonderful for walking and has the easiest access to other parts of the city via public transportation. The grocery on the next corner was very convenient as well. The building itself is kind of shabby and there are numerous little things that could use repair, but we feel the apartment itself and the location made up for it. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hosts timely communication and accommodating our requesting to expend our stay.

The apartment itself was exactly like the photos, clean and tidy, lots of ammenities in the kitchen, washer and dryer worked, could open windows and aircon worked well. One thing was the toilet door kept locking us in even without actually locking the door if you just close the door you would get locked in until you jiggled it enough to open. Close to an IGA and had private parking however if you have a large car you probably won’t be able to get in and out of the carpark it’s extremely tight and narrow and our little Mazda CX3 was tight getting in and out. The building itself was very old and under renovations which created quite abit of noise, the front door handle comes off everytime you open the door, the hallways and elevator unfortunately have quite a dank stagnant smell. We were woken up by a neighbour yelling at someone to shut up and bashing on the walls. All in all it was lovely in the apartment though! :)

The wife and I found the apartment very functional with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The wife was still working during our stay and found the desk and chair set up perfect for her needs. The location is excellent with everything, including a local supermarket, within easy walking distance. We found the mattress a little soft to our liking but otherwise our stay was trouble free.
