great location, near the restaurants & bars but still quiet. place is clean and amenities well stocked was initially concerned by the lack of face to face communications, but everything on email was clear & concise (no issues checking in) & email responses were prompt even on the weekends. slight issue with wrong WIFI network provided at the beginning but was sorted out quickly.

this is my third time operated by cloudbnb.\nas my two previous units was awesome(at the same building)!\nunlikely this time not meet my expectations:( the unit inside looks old which is need some repair, the air con fan very noisy, and this time no rice cooker. \nother than that all good clean 👍

Superb, we're enjoy to stay 7 night here with comfortable bed and complete facilities which make us feels like home. Great location, close to bus stop and train station, easy to reach everywhere, lots of option of great restaurant in northbridge area and very close to china town.

We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb and overall, we were satisfied with the experience. The location was great, and the place was clean and comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The bed has noticeably sagged and should be replaced for better comfort. Some of the cookware is quite worn out and needs updating, and the selection of knives is quite limited. Addressing these issues would make the stay even better.

Perfect location. Just close enough to the central city but not too noisy. Clean and tidy and secure. There was a coffee plunger! Only small issue was there wasn’t adequate bedding for the fold out couch. Would definitely visit again.

I was stay from 10/07/2024 to 17/07/2024 with my familly. The location and apartment was suitable and we enjoyed also. Some kitchen cooking pots are should be changed in quality products as well. One more thing,I was confused my booking was till 16 July but check out same day 16 July 10 am. It should be 17 July 10 am. Then I asked your team said its our rulls then no choice was booked another day 17 July but checkout also 17 July 10 am Its mu confusion. Any way over all experiene was good.

Good enough and comfy

The apartment is in the best location in Perth. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, and convenience stores. Its in Northbridge so easily walkable to all the restaurants but still far enough not to be loud at night. The free CAT blue bus is right around the corner as well. The host was very nice & helpful and the apartment matched exactly the photos & was very clean. We had an amazing stay and would recommend this to all guests. An easy 5/5 star!

The property had everything I need during my short trip in Perth. Cooking utensils are provided so I could cook for dinner, the bathroom is spotless and the room was spacious enough to accommodate for 3 persons. Thank you for letting us to check out late. Highly recommend this place in Northbridge area.

Really great place to stay. Good size apartment for three people. Area is nice and feels safe because of the police station. Easy walk to restaurants and city services. Great host

This accommodation is nice and recommended. The host is very friendly and quick to solve problems. My friends and I stayed comfortable for 4 days. It is close to Perth Station and safe. The rooms are clean and the facilities are good. I would like to stay again next time.

I had a great time staying here, from check in until out, they have a strategic place, you would never be worried about eat and many things to do. unfortunately, after we stayed for a week, their lift broke so we had to use stairs to our room. beside of that, we recommend this room

Nice apartment (dishwasher, washer, and drier all available) in great location, short walk to city center and close to an area with lots of excellent asian restaurants. Communication with host was excellent too. Only real flaws are that the beds are not very comfortable (sofa bed is also a bit small) and that the AC/heating unit is quite loud (and located very close to the sofa bed, so there's no escaping it).

Nice apartment within walking distance of great restaurants, pubs and clubs. Kitchen was very well equipped and mostly clean. The pool area was amazing.

It's been a wonderful stay in this AIRBNB. A perfect place in Northbridge which is really strategic to explore the city. It is only requires 10-15 minutes walk to the center of the city and it has a pristine neighborhood. It has great cafes, a mini groceries store and don't forget the park. The room is really clean, has a good lighting and perfect for three guests. It is spacious and has great kitchen equipped with cutleries and we can do our laundry too!. Will recommend it to whoever planning to visit Perth, and I my self would love to re-book it again in the future.

Neat and tidy place. Price is bit higher than normal. If you are considering to have your accommodation in city center then it's good place to live in. They can be more accommodating as my international flight got delayed for a day and as family we were expecting that they might accommodate a day ahead due to unavoidable circumstances, but they didn't provide which i think they could had managed easily to keep their customers happy satisfied and feel homely.

Great Airbnb in a great location. The bed was super comfy, the TV was a smart TV with all the best apps, the pool and spa were very nice. Super easy to walk to the city. The location was in the night club district but we had no issue with noise at night.
