• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Smacked right at Chinatown with easy access and amazing bakery right downstairs. It’s right opposite a firestation and would therefore have noise. But that’s fine if u keep the windows and doors closed.

The location is very convenient for tourists. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are absolutely clean, and all the facilities are fully provided. However, one of the mattresses was sunken. Other than that, everything was great.

I had a good stay at this place, only issues i had were instructions to lockbox were clear but there were a few lockboxes so i had trouble with which one it was. Then we arrived really late and there was no porta cot or high chair in the room as i had asked for. I was also told there was a bath and there wasnt so i carried extra luggage for my babys bath items that couldnt be used. A few other little things but all issues were rectified as soon as possible, which was great, very responsive. Personally i feel they charge a little too much and details were missed but all in all we had a good stay. Its located close to train station and RAC Arena so located very well. Thankyou

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cloudbnb and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely ideal, nestled right in the heart of the city. There are numerous restaurants and cafes just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore local cuisine and enjoy a morning coffee. One of the standout features of this apartment is its proximity to public transportation. The train and bus stations are conveniently located nearby, which made getting around the city a breeze. Whether I wanted to venture further or just explore the local area, everything was easily accessible. Additionally, I loved the nearby park, which is only a five-minute walk from the apartment. It was a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll or a quick picnic. The shopping options in the area are plentiful, providing everything you need just a short walk away.
