• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Strategic place, near freeway. so lil bit noisy. Letter box for check out loated on different building (next to the apartment), lil bit confusing. The positive thing is the place and amenities were good. Electric kettle was leaking, they said want to give the new one, but they didn't. Overall it's worth with the price. Thank you

Located above a bakery and near 2 great cafes, walking distance from great neighbourhood, museum and downtown. Spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids but sadly no AC in bedrooms (the management quickly brought 2 fans to help a bit). We had a overall good stay.

The place is nice and clean. Near restaurant and china town. Love the place. All amenities are perfect. One minus point is that the host answered with unclear instructions. We couldn’t find the room and the parking area at first. Instead of telling where to go, they respond with questions and questions which was hard for us to get the exact answer.

Cozy apartment! Great accessibility to Perth city, lots of restaurants nearby. An easy walk to train station. Host is helpful, responsive and accommodating :) Location is opposite homeless shelter and police station. No major incidents or issues during our stay though

228 James Street is a well connected location to Chinatown, and near to Perth CBD Area. If you are driving it is also central to iconic places such as beaches or farms in swan valley. Nearby park centres such Mirrabooka, Ellenbrooke and Galleria are easy to drive to. Safe as it is next to police centre and secured parking place. Host being a property management company was responsive and helpful as we had an elderly and toddler to handle. Overall it’s a good location to stay in. Thank you!!!

Tempat yang luar biasa! Tepat seperti yang ada dalam gambar foto. Sesuai dengan fasilitas yang tertera. Benar-benar bersih dan nyaman. Berbagai kebutuhan selama menginap (seperti makanan, hiburan, keramaian, dll) mudah didapatkan, baik dengan berjalan kaki maupun dengan bis. Lokasi pemberhentian bis sangat dekat sehingga mudah menjelajah kota dengan bis CAT (Central Area Transit). Benar-benar tempat yang nyaman buat tinggal di Perth. Sebagai pelancong bersama keluarga, dapurnya sangat lengkap, untuk dapat memasak makanan yang bagus buat keluarga. Meskipun kelengkapan habis pakai hanya disediakan di awal, namun host telah menyiapkan jumlahnya mencukupi untuk selama masa tinggal. Terimakasih host telah mengijinkan kami untuk tinggal di tempatmu. Oh ya, informasi tambahan buat pelancong lain, bus CAT, benar-benar gratis, tidak perlu kartu apapun.
