Le logement est très bien situé, proche du centre à pied, et de nombreux cafés et restaurants. Par contre, il y’a trop d’instructions, un guide à lire. La moquette du salon est tachée et nous avons eu deux soucis pendant le sejour: le wifi ne fonctionne quasiment pas, et la machine nespresso ne marchait pas( elle fuyait). Impossible d’avoir un café sur trois jours.. j’aurais préféré qu’ils enlèvent la machine dans ce cas.

I had very much enjoyed my stay at this airbnb. The host was responsive and always checked in to see how I was. The apartment had everything I needed to have my stay comfortable. The location was awesome only a walk away from the city and great food. As my husband was away FIFO work, the building was secure and I felt safe. I would have love to rebook until may, but had to move closer to Subiaco until our baby is born. Recommend stay while you’re in Perth.

A great place with everything you need, located in a trendy neighborhood! Many restaurants were closed for Christmas and New Year’s, but the nearby Asian food court was super convenient. The famous croissant shop in the same building was absolutely delicious, and the park and playground right next door were a big hit with our child! We had considered staying at a CBD hotel, but being able to cook affordable and delicious steaks at home four times made us glad we chose this Airbnb instead.

Quiet apartment convenient to CBD and Northbridge restaurants. Appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedroom to block the early morning Perth sun - I slept very soundly. Management was quick to respond and address issues like Internet outage and supplying a Chromecast so that I could use the TV (it only came with a DVD player).

Thank you for allowing us to stay as your guests. The apartment was lovely with wonderful communication from the host. Although we were only there for a few days, it was nice to come back to the apartment and feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we ever travel to Perth again. Thank you!

This is a great apartment, newly refurbished and well equipped. Great location to all the entertainment on James Street and close to CBD attractions. Tropical surrounds and pool was wonderful in the heat. Communication very prompt and responsive Thoroughly enjoyed it. Phillipa

Tropical themes in the CBD! Loved the vibe of the apartment with the palm trees and the tropical themed pool area. Excellent value for money especially with the sofa bed in the Lounge for the kids! Great restaurants and coffee shops next door !!! Could not recommend this unit enough

Great place for your Perth exploration. The management is very responsive and helpful and the place is thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable. And the location is wonderful for walking & exploring Northbridge.
