• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Three stars. The apartment suited our need for two bedrooms. There was plenty of space. Everything was clean, the kitchen well stocked with all cooking needs. There's a nice balcony over the street and the furniture was comfortable Kmart style. While the ad says it's an 'exclusive' apartment, it's not. It's in an old building with lots of apartments at the end of the Northbridge strip opposite a police station. There were sirens on a couple of nights. That being said, you can walk to Northbridge in under 10m. The bathroom and kitchen are also in need of a freshen up. This place is good if you need two bedrooms but it's three stars.

The place was amazing and perfect for us, 2 adult & 2 children. Everything is complete, especially the kitchen appliances & cooking needs. Rice cooker also available! Board game also provided. Overall we had a good three week stay at this apartment. We are a family of four, with two teens, so the layout worked well for us. The apartment was well fitted with Kitchen items which was great for cooking, though rubbish maintenance was inconvenient. The furniture was comfortable and clean, well considered for the space. The location had great restaurants and city access, but was also very noisy at night and sometimes felt insecure. There is no parking available with the apartment which surprised us, and was difficult to manage due to parking restrictions. There is good access to free local public transport [CAT Bus] to visit the city. The amenity of the apartment building needed maintenance, with the lift working irregularly, but the pool was clean and easy to access. The building is a Best + Western accommodation, which was unadvertised. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Really nice apartment in Northbridge, in a pretty central location. Close to CBD, bars and restaurants. Spacious stay for 3 people, we loved the space and enjoyed our time greatly. Everything was clean and matched the description. Highly recommend for a short stay with a small group or family.

Nice place to stay, spacious and well equipped. Host also nice and very responsive. Just some minor note: need to maintain the bathroom faucet, some leak and hard to close. Sofa bed also hard to pull (didnt even try harder to pull out seems something is wrong with the rail). Apart from we have to clear our trash and put it outside, i just didnt get where is the bin collection place. Need detailed instructions regarding checking out and trash disposal. And, why we have to clean up by ourselves and got (not cheap) cleaning fee charge? But overall I enjoyed the stay. Thank you

Hello Cloud Bnb Firstly, as a fellow host, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. The extra personal information required before check-in felt excessive. Many guests might find a hotel more convenient given the amount of information requested and the frequent reminders, which became a bit overwhelming. Additionally, the automated check-in details did not arrive as expected. I had to call the provided number and wait at the apartment's front door until I received a callback with the code. In the bathroom, a few taps need new washers to stop the dripping. The toilet also requires attention; the cistern inlet valve needs adjustment or replacement. Despite these issues, my parents and I enjoyed the space and location. It was lovely to end the day with a glass of wine on the balcony, overlooking the city. Cheers, Lachlan
