The location was very convenient, near Chinatown and only about a mile from King's Park or the convention center. The place was very homey - I appreciated the decorations - and there was a good kitchen and in-room laundry facilities with soaps provided. Walking back late at night felt a bit sketchy sometimes, but this was a great value.

Review of Perth stay Staying In Perth is always a wonderful experience, this flat is centrally located in the CBD walking distance to large arenas and shopping mall. If you stay in the CBD area you will not need a car as just a 10minute walkS to grocery and night clubs. During my stay much of the area is undergoing shive road works, driving is an art form, hence why I say no car needed. There are some fine restaurants right outside your flat, mostly Asian cuisine from all the nations that have tasty foods. Within walking you will find other shops for various travel styles, backpackers and more upscale convenience options. Night life is superb on the weekends, but do know that it can be a bit rowdy on those nights with commiserate street noise, but that shouldn’t matter as you should be out shopping and enjoying the bars into the wee hours. It does quiet down around 11p-12a. The flat: A well stocked kitchen with just the right amount of cookware. The three burner induction stove met my needs for my meals. There is not much in the way of consumables like cooking oils, so you will need to purchase some when you hit the grocery. The washer and dryer are nice to have, the wet bath is always a favorite of mine. You’ll find plenty of linens to keep you clean and comfortable. A note about the shower the flat has an instant water heater the solenoid type, it is a bit finicky so your shower temp may fluctuate a bit. My hack was to also run the sink on hot, just the wee amount of additional draw balances the temp perfectly. I enjoyed the sofa and TV already has a chrome cast, perfect for streaming shows and movies. Decorations are fun and reflect the owners worldly travels, look into the display cases if you are a world traveler you discover great mementos that you may have collected. In all, if partying and night life is your thing, you can’t go wrong with this location.

We loved our stay, definitely a home away from home with all the extras you need and wouldnt get if you were staying at a standard hotel etc. Its all the little things that count, the salt/pepper, the laundry powder and all the little things you forget you need. Such a comfy home, so close to everything youd want and far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Sasha’s apartment is well situated and an excellent value. The apartment itself is lovely, furnished with everything one could need. The location is perfect as it’s a major area so it is very accessible to local eateries, museums and bars. It’s on the CAT and close to the trains. The rain head shower is an excellent feature. I also found Sasha to very warm, responsive, flexible and hospitable. I really enjoyed my stay

The accomodation is very comfortable. It has lot of amenities that makes you feel like home. The location was very strategic and i'm happy that the host is very communicative as well.

I think if you're travelling alone or with your partner, you can consider to stay here. The accomodation is quite spacious and the interior of the room is pretty neat. There are also a washing machine in here so there's no need for you to go to a laundromat.

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and all amenities. Everything is there that you need for a great stay. Location is great, only a short walk to blue Cat bus and only a couple of blocks from the centre of Northbridge and the city.

Very central self contained unit being part of the hotel, secure building, walking distance to CBD and Northbridge attractions, 15 minutes to airport. Chanice was very accommodating, nothing was an issue. Highly recommend this unit, great value!

This place is a gem. Sasha and Roger recently made this unit available through Airbnb and I was their first guest. Staying in this apartment is like staying in a small suite in a hotel but at a fraction of the cost. Although no previous reviews existed I was attracted to the fact the unit is located on the 1st floor (lift available) of a Best Western serviced apartment building. The building is accessed through glass sliding doors from James St and the front desk is manned during the day. After-hours the sliding doors are locked for general entry and access is only possible via swipe card, which is provided with the keys. This privacy and security will be an important feature for many Airbnb guests The unit is situated in the Northbridge entertainment district. Restaurants, bars, movie theatre, convenience store, banks, art gallery, and transport are a short stroll away. Despite being located on a main Northbridge street the apartment is quiet and does not face the street. You could not get a better location. I returned my rental car as the free CAT buses are on your doorstep and I made use of Uber. Free street parking after 6pm and there are a couple of car-parks along the street. The unit itself is just lovely. The carpeted living room has two comfy couches, entertainment system, and aircon. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need and coffee, tea, milk, etc. was provided. The Queen size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom leads off the bedroom. Having lived out of a suitcase for the previous week, I made immediate use of the washing machine and dryer. Everything from the bedding to the cutlery is of a noticeable high quality and the unit has a homely feel with numerous curious on display. I confidently recommend this great place and am looking forward to returning.

첫 날 새벽도착이라 체크인이 걱정이었는데 호스트가 친절히 안내해주어 불편함 없이 체크인 할 수 있었습니다 옆 유닛의 심한 소음으로 잠을 잘 수없어 새벽 5시쯤 메세지 했음에도 사샤가 신속하게 응대해주어 다음 날은 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다 다양한 식기와 깨끗한 냉장고 이용해서 집처럼 편하게 스테이크도 해먹고 잘 지냈습니다 메인 시내중심지와 아주멀지는 않지만 조금 거리가있으나 그래서 조용하기도했습니다 사샤, 많은 도움을 주셔서 감사합니다!

Great place to stay. A little noisy as it's on the first floor and right on James street. But it is across from the police station so that makes it nice for a feeling of safety. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, etc and a great park nearby. There's a bus stop (regular and the free CAT bus blue line) within a 3 minute walk of the apartment so you can get anywhere you want or need easily. The apartment is clean and has all the essentials for cooking and eating in. There is a nice laundry room right off the bathroom with a big sink for hand washing and the dryer works well.

Great little apartment, nice and clean, and very well-appointed. Washer/dryer is a bonus when staying for a long time (I was there for a month). Although it's in Northbridge, it's on the edge and as such is quiet. It's safe, as there is a major police station across the street. The bakehouse downstairs is awesome. Furniture is comfortable - I watched a lot of cricket from the couch (there are two) and also WFH on the kitchen table. Two people could spend an extended period here without it being claustrophobic. The owners/managers are available for any issues, and communicate very clearly.

I have stayed here for a few weeks and i believe that i'm happy for my decision to choose this accomodation. It is a great place to stay with access to balcony and everything else which is exactly as it was said on the accomodation's description. The place is clean and pretty comfortable. There is a tv in here which can be wirelessly connected to your phone. I can listen to spotify, watch movies or just view videos on youtube using the tv. It's really great!

Great location to explore the city and King's Park, well priced and very well presented. Check-in process was fantastic. Naturally you cannot choose your neighbours, so light sleepers should consider avoiding busy times. That said it is ideal for city short stays.
