Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Great stay, a famous croissant shop just downstairs of the building. Friendly host who provided us a late check out until 12:00. It would be good if the room has air-con and if there is more lighting as the living room is a bit dark.

We had an issue with the television and the hosts were extremely responsive, replacing it same day - great service! They were always very responsive and were kind enough to allow a late check-out. The location was our main reason for choosing the apartment. It was very easy to find, and easy walking distance to Northbridge and the CBD. The secure parking was excellent. The apartment was simple but all we needed. We stayed with our 2 teenage sons, the second bedroom was ample for their needs. We would recommend this apartment to families looking for a stay in the city.

We stayed here as a family for 5 nights. Overall the apartment had all we needed. The water pressure was good (though it was a little hard to adjust to get the temperature right with hot and cold knobs) and beds were generally comfortable. Cleanliness could have been improved for the towels. There were stains on it. Other than that, it was clean. Apartment needs some maintenance as it looks older than the pictures posted. Apartment was just right outside the recycle bin, but people used it for trash and the smell was unpleasant outside. Thankfully it was alright in the apartment. Location is great for walking around and also to take CAT bus. Traffic was also not heavy as it was at the edge of northbridge. Host is responsive and helpful.

quiet street, just away from the bustling shops. instructions to check in were clear and easy. just had to clarify on the parking but quite easily resolved with the host as well. the apartment was clean, spacious and bright. there is also a wonderful croissants cafe just at the lobby which we bought breakfast from almost everyday. will come back again when we visit Perth in future.

Unfortunately after a late flight we arrived to unserviced apartment, unmade beds, towels on bathroom floor. Cloud bnb were responsive but our party had to split into seperate rooms, then move back again the next morning. We did receive a voucher for coffee for our inconvenience.The use of door numbers for ‘secure’ entry seems not secure. Comfortable room as advertised when cleaned. Seems inappropriate to get notified we must vacate on time or be fined as ‘ cleaners need time to prepare for the next guests’!!Good area for us however so we would return. Very easy check in, the other rooms were clean and comfortable also.
