Great stay. Management very responsive. Apartment super clean.

I’m working in Perth for a while. Not far from the city , but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for what I was looking for .

Great place to stay and very convenient, plenty of restaurants close by. Nice and quiet so very peaceful.

Had a really pleasant stay here! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to both the train and bus stations, which made getting around really easy. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The unit itself had a cozy, homey feel that made it easy to settle in and relax. Would definitely stay again!

Property has an annoying and duplicative check in process. You are required to enter a separate web portal, upload copies of your identification (despite Airbnb's verification process) and navigate an online pdf to get check in details rather than having it all within Airbnb app. This is onerous, unnecessary and provides no information / confidence on the privacy and security of your ID documents. Massive discouragement to rent through these guys again. Also, minor annoyance - mirror in bathroom is behind door.. . there is no mirror above the sink which is awkward for those that shave etc.

Very conveniently located, a stones throw away from the city. The place was clean and as described. The team was very responsive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of.

Great place in heart of Northbridge which is an edgy, happening part of town… couple of nice coffee shops close by and an easy walk into city centre. Nice and quiet. Netflix on tv…. 5 🌟

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, convenient kitchen, washing machine, dryer, first aid kit... etc! Everything is good. Exactly as in the picture. The location is the best, so it is good for sightseeing. The attentive and friendly guide makes life easy. The late checkout on the last day was like a gift to us. We are very fortunate to be here. Thank you very much. We will come here again.😊

Great Apartment. Everything just as described. Second apartment we have stayed in with Cloud Bnb. Used it as our base to explore Perth. It was nice to have a pool when it was so hot! Would definately recommend.

I was very happy with my recent stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. They brought me extra coffee pods for the espresso machine after I used all the ones that were in the unit and when I had a late flight out of town they were very accommodating with my check out time :)

Helpful check in and accommodated us with an early check in.

Cloud BNB were good communicators, checked that we had arrived in the unit fine and also home after our stay. We were glad to arrive during office hours however as the code we were given to access our key fob was incorrect. A staff member noted we were having an issue, came out and introduced himself and found the correct code for us.Also when we came to early check out, the lock box corresponding to our room had the front broken off.Again luckily, a staff member arrived and accepted being handed the key fob. Room upgrades look good, very comfy bed and lounges. Ensuite bathrooms always had mirror to side of sink due to window configuration, but mirror removed completely so we had to go and buy one or wash face/shave in front of mirrored wardrobe in bedroom! Instructed to load dishwasher and start on exit, but dishwasher did not work. BIG ant problem in kitchen, we ended up hanging non fridge food bag in wardrobe! Maybe teething problems, would still return.

Great place but would only recommend for 2 people.
