• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

The instructions were clear and the place easy to find and self-checkin. Clean, neat and tidy. It was just right for three friends and we loved having the kitchen well equipped. We were able to have supper and breakfast in the comfort of the apartment the few times we chose to stay in. The area is two blocks from an array of restaurant and bars, not to mention nice little coffee shop downstairs that opens early w fresh pastries.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and a decent amount of milk was supplied. The lift had some issues and there wasn’t a direct staircase into the basement (that we could find). Great range of restaurants in the street and walking distance to the DFO. Parking was included onsite.

가격대비 너무 만족스러웠습니다! 특히 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 시내인데도 불구하고 조금 떨어져있어서 전혀 시끄럽지 않으면서 거의 도보로 이동이 가능해서 정말 좋았습니다! 숙소 내에도 주방에 모든 것이 구비되어있으며 깨끗하고 아늑해서 잠도 정말 잘왔습니다 ㅎㅎ 특히 숙소 밑에 빵집이 있는데 인생 빵집입니다 ... 가게 열리자마자 갈 수 있다는 최대 장점입니다 ㅎㅎ 편하게 지내다가 갑니다!!

We had a great time at Cloud Bnb's Airbnb. It was easy to find and instructions were clear and given proactively, location was good (just a short walk to everything and lots of restaurants nearby). I especially liked that there were several "basics" provided for us to use: coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, water in the fridge, etc. etc. -- that was very practical + a nice touch! If there was 1 thing that could be improved, it would be that the apartment seemed a bit "newer" in the pictures and there were some things that could be looked into (f.ex. a new mattress linen on the main bed as it was stained, or other little blemishes). But we would def. come back + can recommend it to anyone 🤗👍🏻

The place is clean and comfy. But a little old fashion and the deco is old. No hooks in the toilet 🚽 to hang yr towel. Overall place is ok but abit pricey for an old place. Quiet surroundings and nearby a Police stn. Walking distance to Hall Street Mall approx 20mins. Management is prompt and always reply the soonest. Helpful and friendly. Location nearby the freeway.
