Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

The overall experience for the stay is great, host is responsive for our requests and always make sure we have everything we needed. It would be better if it's stated explicitly in the description that one of the rooms actually doesn't come with air-conditioning, so that guests can be aware of it before arriving. Although cleaning service has been performed before we arrived, I think the cleanliness can still be improved because as soon as we checked in, there were 2 cockroaches inside the house, and ants surrounding the glass door throughout our stay. Apart from this, the experience of the stay is pretty good.

I didnt realise that there was a bond that you have to pay through a third party which I didnt love... and it was in the description but I have used and trusted Airbnb for so long that I didnt read through everything... The pool wasnt inviting as didnt look clean, The spa is out of order..great location

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement que nous avons trouvé globalement très agréable et conforme à nos attentes. Les hôtes ont été disponibles et le lieu est vraiment plaisant. Les deux seuls petits points à améliorer selon nous seraient le fait qu’une des chambres ne soit pas climatisée, ce qui peut être un peu inconfortable selon la saison, ainsi que l’état de la piscine à notre arrivée, qui était verte. Cela n’a toutefois pas gâché notre séjour et nous recommandons ce logement.

We were four adults and had a great stay at this apartment in Northbridge, in a good location an easy walking distance to restaurants and public transport. The kitchen was well equipped to cook at home, and the apartment was clean comfortable and quiet. Thanks for having us!

The place itself is great, just like the photos, perfect for a group or a family travelling into Perth. Our issue was purely the communication & management. We booked months in advance & received an email about 12 hours after the booking became non refundable which stated there was issues with the pool, spa & lift areas. These weren't really a big problem. The issue was them stating it with the opening line of 'just a gentle reminder that...'. When this was the first ever mention of any of these issues, and at timing which of course was definitely not a coincidence. In full fairness though, they did later give us a v.small reimbursement on the original price. But that set things off on the wrong tone. Both our place and 2 sets of neighbours we then also spoke to were only given 1 key fob to get in and out of the building, which as you can imagine in a group of 6 makes things very difficult. Notes say see reception, but judging by the signs there, reception hasn't been open since 2021.

We had a good stay in Northbridge. One of us used the pool, all of us enjoyed the coffee and croissants next door, the Indian restaurant diagonally opposite, we easily walked to town, and to the train. We were comfortable, but, as other reviewers have me tinned, the stairs inside were steep and narrow. Without a ballistrade, some of us (all 67+) did, at times feel the need to put our hand onto the stairwell wall to feel secure. As 6 adults not going everywhere together all the time, we needed more than one fob to open the door into the building's foyer. We managed to get two more as the week went on. We couldn't have managed without them.

Very nice and pleasant 5 nights stay. A bit confusing as I’m searching for the house number instead of following the direction given. Really appreciate the permission for late check out. Walking distance to couple of places and nearby public transport. Couple of cafes nearby service nice coffee and croissant, also a nearby park and playground to just chill and enjoy the day.

This was a fantastically managed rental unit. Apart from the third room (which was on the second floor) having to share a toilet on the second floor, we have no complaints for this unit. Unit itself was spotless, well supplied, and host had an office onsite which makes it such a pleasant stay. Need anything, they responded quickly or you can even drop by the office and ask - they're always friendly and helpful. They were kind too, allowing us to check-in earlier as well as check out later at no extra charge when we were met with thunderstorm warnings on the last day hence changing our outdoor plans. Definitely recommend this unit for families and groups. Right downstairs was the famous Zonts bakery, and we also walked 25mins on a beautiful morning to go to Chu Bakery near Hyde Park which was amazing! Thanks Cloudbnb for making our trip so enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our stay – the townhouse was beautifully styled, clean, and in a great central location. It was a perfect base for our trip and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a heads-up for future guests: The stairs are quite narrow and can be a bit tricky with heavy luggage, and there’s no bathroom on the ground floor. Overall, a lovely place to stay – would happily recommend!
