Worth the money for the location and amenities only. However, the description stated it could fit 4 people. This was not the case. A cleaner/maintenance lady came in to drop off extra sheets for the pull out bed but advised not to use it. It was small, thin and extremely uncomfortable. It looked like it would break! Not to mention under the sofa was filthy. Our friend stayed on the sofa as normal without the pull out bed. However suffered from terrible nights sleep due to the AC. On the info list from the host it describes to only use the AC at certain temps to avoid dripping. We followed this however still suffered from the issue. Check in was extremely difficult. We payed extra to check in early and did not get a smooth experience. All information that was given to us was incorrect, outdated or missing other key info. We had to wait outside for nearly 2 hours until gone 7am. So we paid extra to wait around outside after a long flight as we could not get hold of the host at all

Awesome place with a super responsive host. Great location, amazing if you fancy a nightout with lots of bars/restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Wouldn’t recommend leaving your case with them for check-in or checkout, it wasn’t secure and they did no checks to ensure you were staying at the property or that they were your bags when collecting.

The place was great and in a nice location. The host was very helpful. Allowed me to extend my stay with short notice. All instructions were clear.

We were overall happy with our stay, it was a good central location, fit the description, provided for our basic needs, the pool was good for entertaining our toddler and Zont’s Bakehouse right at the front entrance made amazing croissants. However there were a few stained towels (these were replaced on request), there were no sheets for the sofa bed (took 48 hours to get these on request) and there were cockroaches and ants in the bathroom and kitchen that when reported, weren’t dealt with - we had to buy our own pest spray.

Very comfortable and convenient stay. I would suggest some sort of bathroom mirror in these refurbished apartments, this is the second apartment we have encountered with this issue. On the whole a comfortable stay.

Everything was satisfactory, only the parking space was problem. Had to pay huge amount for parking my car at the easy park space for 7 days. On the 6th day of my stay I saw a parking space designated for apartment 213 at the basement but was not allotted to us. That was the only problem I encountered, apart from that everything was satisfactory.

A very quiet place to stay in a perfectly maintained building, a great pool with Jacuzzi, lemon trees in the garden. Easy check-in and check-out. Everything was perfect, thanks Leonardo.

Check in is easy. Location is great, so close with the bus stops for blue cat. close to RAC station, so if you travel by airplane it is also walking distance from the train station. the unit is super clean, and the host is responsive. kitchen is completely top notch, they provide oil salt papper milk and water, 2 mini bottled water. ( If I may give a suggestion, it is better to give bigger bottled water) hehe but that's not a big concern since the unit is close to minimart. They also provide nesspresso machine, nesspresoo capsules, and nesspresso milk frother. Great airbnb experience, even I have extended my stay at their another unit.

Wonderful staff and pleasant atmosphere

Fantastic little place with everything you need and an amazing Pool down stairs. It’s down the quiet end of James street and I didn’t have a problem finding a car spot. The local residents are very friendly and the whole place has a great Vibe. Can’t wait to get back

Ideal place for a family of four. Great location, responsive host and we felt home away from home. we would definitely come back for another family holiday.

Der Check in lief leider nicht ganz rund, da wir erst verspätet unseren Code für die Schlüsselbox erhalten haben. Der Fahrstuhl war leider bei Ankunft für die ersten 2 Tage out of Service wegen Wartungsarbeiten und somit mussten wir unsere Koffer und den Kinderwagen zwei Stockwerke tragen. Im Badezimmer kamen während unseres Aufenthalts Nachts immer wieder Ungeziefer aus dem Abfluss. Wir bemängelten dies bereits bei Ankunft und die Reinigungskraft riet uns, etwas auf den Abfluss zu stellen. Es ist wohl ein bekanntes Problem. Man war trotzdem sehr bemüht und der Kontakt war freundlich. Alles in allem war es in Ordnung und wir würden wieder kommen.

Great location freshly renovated ,had a little issue checking in host was very responsive and helped me without delay with check in.would definitely stay again.
