Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

The place was as described. I have stayed at cloudbnb a number of times and have always been satisfied. This particular apartment though had a very small hot water system so the hto water only lasted 4 minutes. Lucky I was there alone. If there were more people staying at the apartment (it can bed 4 persons) the system would not have been enough. Very strong recommendation to get the system changed.

Perfect location! Stayed with a friend who had the sofa bed (not the most comfortable) had everything we needed. Very clean. So many restaurants and bars nearby. The room is within a Best Western hotel (BW). We had several issues with the staff there as we were with cloud AirB&B and not BW. They were rude and very abrasive, not wanting to even speak to us for advice or recommendations. One of the ladies upset me and made me feel uncomfortable walking through the reception each time. The location was that good that made the interaction still worth the stay.

Northbridge is a great area to stay in Perth. There is lots of great restaurants and it is easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was just as described and perfect for our stay. Cloud Bnb were quick to respond to my queries. We wanted to extend our stay but our apartment was booked. Leo had another apartment in the same building we could move straight into. Would definately stay here again.
