• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

This apartment was a gem! Located right in the heart of Northbridge, it was the perfect base for exploring all the amazing restaurants, cafes, and nightlife just steps away. The location made everything super accessible and added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfy living area. It felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location was great. Close to restaurants and hosts very responsive and helpful. The location is close to a police station so you would hear sirens. It didn't bother us though. Overall, I would love to come back and stay at this place.

Have stayed here before multiple times and will continue to! The check in instructions are more straight forward than any other Airbnb, not as long and bombarding with information. Was able to pay extra for a parking spot during my stay and incredible price for value! Love the location too, walking distance to the CBD.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is spacious and sunlight came through the window. Almost everything we needed. The location is also good. Few minutes walk to the CAT bus stop and 20 minutes to the CBD. Our favourite parts 1. King size bed for both bedrooms 2. Well equipped kitchen, allow us to made so many delicious meals. 3. Spacious living room, felt cozy.

The place is very concvenient and walkable to the CBD and surrounding, the apartment is cosy however, since across the road is the hub for homeless people, its a bit noisy as they scream a lot, however overall stay was pleasant. We love the apartment and the location as our main choice.

Location of unit was great, within walkable distance to RAC Arena as well as restaurants and shops. Unit itself was spacious and clean, only issue we found was the elevator being a little scary to use, it would make loud noises and dip as you walked on. Good value for cost per night.

The place was decent. Kitchen had oil salt & pepper, dish detergent and sponges which was convenient. Beds were comfy. the area can be very lively at night because there are clubs/ bars nearby. Police station is also nearby so every so often there are police cars zooming by with loud sirens. It was a bit difficult to stay asleep during the night or takes naps during the day because of these reasons. The area is very walkable and is right by China town. There are lots of restaurants nearby. There’s also a nice bakery right next door downstairs that’s open every morning! The host was quick to respond. Check in was easy. Despite the loud noises, we would stay here again as location was convenient and we were comfortable in the room.

Our stay on James St was comfortable and in line with expectations. The facilities are somewhat dated, but that is to be expected for an affordable and central accommodation. The Cloudbnb team was responsive and provided the additional items we requested.

Thanks a lot for an amazing stay. The access and location were amazing. There are two cute cafe on both side of the building and everything we needed was walking distance. It was quiet and clean. There was something damaged but the management spotted it straight for us when we arrived and asked us if there was anything we needed. The communication was very good, quite caring. This place gives a lot of privacy and the bathroom, remote from both bedrooms, doesn’t disturb anyone. The bathtub was appreciated (a bit low but still nice to relax). The living room was inviting too. The pictures gives the impression that the place is slightly bigger but that was perfect for two people. The bed were comfy and it was nice to have space to settle (cupboard, coat hangers and more in one of the two bedrooms). I didn't have an occasion to cook or have dinner there but I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy that too. If I travel again to Perth, I will definitely pick this place again!
