We had 3nights stayed and it was a pleasant stay for us. Specially thanks to the management staff who always in response promptly. The location is quite good although to walk around 15mins to train station but about 8mins to the Main Street where you can find lot of restaurants.

Very convenient place for our stay as a family. Had all the amenities as described. Kitchen is well equipped for our home cook meals, tea and breakfast in the morning. Washing machine and dryer is a plus point.

正面玄関を開ける鍵を出すのに手間取ったが、偶然中から出てきた婦人にアドバイスを得て無事に入ることができた。 部屋はとても綺麗で、生活に必要なものは全て揃っています。一点、事前に歯ブラシがあると回答をもらっていたが現地にはなかく、ない旨を伝えた際も用意はないという回答でした。 場所は徒歩2分くらいでノースブリッジの喧騒に突入できるくらい立地は良かったです。少し離れただけですがとても静かで過ごしやすかったです。

For us, the location was very important, so this suited our needs well. It was great staying so close to restaurants and bars and only a 15 minute walk to Perth train station. Bed linen and towels were clean and the apartment was clean and tidy.

Good place to stay for convenience to freeway and Northbridge/Perth CBD. bit crowded for a family of 4 with 2 teens. Very responsive host and has all the amenities needed for a short stay

The sound insulation was very poor, I could hear other people’s phone calls and talking. In addition, cooking smells and cigarette smoke came into the room. Parking was not provided, and I was only informed the day before arrival that the apartment’s parking required an extra fee. It was very difficult to find a spot.

Our stay at Northbridge was as described. The only thing was my boys were disappointed that the pool was closed for our entire stay. So if you would like a place with a pool, I would recommend asking if it will be open before booking. The host was very helpful and prompt with their communication.

Was a great place

A bit disappointed with the car parking facilities. Was promise a free parking available in the advertisment when we booked. But end up was told to park by the roadside with is free only after 6pm. After further enquiring with the management was told about a $15 per day charge for parking which was not mentioned in the advert. Felt cheated Half the time have to loiter and wait for the roadside parking. Would not have book here if we knew parking does not come with the apartment.

Place was great and had a nice kitchen with lots of dishes and appliances; also appreciated that oil, salt and pepper were provided For a 7 night stay, only 4 dishwasher pods and laundry pods were provided. However, host was responsive and helpful in refilling these items for us. Location was a 15min walk from Pert underground station and quite close to the CBD area Wifi sometimes got a bit slow and had to be restarted a few times Overall, had a pleasant stay!

Nice apartment in a great location for exploring Perth. Loved how well stocked the kitchen was in terms of plates/glasses/utensils etc. Perfect for us as we ate in for nearly all our meals. Only negative was that the airflow in the apartment isn't great, fans are provided but the second bedroom could really do with Aircon being installed.

The Location is good.

Hosts were incredibly responsive as we had some issues with the wifi however we were able to troubleshoot. The proximity to Northbridge and restaurants makes it an ideal location if you’re needing a bite late at night, but as it’s further down the street from clubs we found that it never got too noisy. We also paid for parking which was convenient and super easy to access. Check-out was also seamless as we just dropped the key at the prescribed location.

Overall pleasant stay - Apartment was of decent size comfortable for 3 - 4 people to stay in. Amenities are well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer all provided for. Toilet is spacious and shower was good. Only feedback is that ventilation in the apartment could be improved, to which cloudbnb management promptly provided an extra fan upon request. Location is decently away from the busyness of the CBD, a 10 - 15 min walk away from the heart of the city. Communication was good and all queries were promptly answered. Overall peaceful and comfortable stay :)

The space was clean as advertised and expected. The only problem was the wifi connection which was really slow and patchy while we were working in the apartment. However, the management was nice and responsive to try and help fix the issue, though the issue still persisted. Overall still a positive experience!

Chose this place for their location as it is a 10min walk to the bus port/ CBD area. Also it is a walking distance to the Watertown Outlet Mall. Free CAT bus stops are also nearby. All in all 10/10

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The management was incredibly responsive—any issue I encountered was quickly addressed with a solution. The location is superb, just a short walk to the heart of Perth, the Busport, and the Perth Underground Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The space is large, with two bedrooms that are clean and well-maintained. The facilities are complete and thoughtfully provided, including board games, Wi-Fi, and bathroom amenities. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Great value location central to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and public transport (if you wish to venture a bit further). Clean and tidy with great communication from hosts.

Leo was excellent. Being from Ireland , I am not used to turning aircon on and off. I messaged via the app and he came straight away. Because I am not familiar with the way Australian addresses are written and neither was my Uber driver, I was dropped at 8 James St. It took a while to realise the error and had a very long walk in the heat as a result. For non Australians, it would be helpful if the address was listed a 228 James St or Best Western Northbridge.

The apartment is well equipped and clean. However some of the furniture are run down (sofa and mattresses are very soft, carpet is not clean, AC was quite loud). The pool and BBQ are a really nice feature. Communication was really good. We were allowed to check in a bit earlier.
