very good location, have a kitchen and washing machine that help a lot if you stay longer for apartment, have a clean bathroom and very comfort family room and have complete wifi and smart tv. for sure we will come back again for our next trip to perth.thank u airbnb

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Teppich in der ganzen Unterkunft, und dicke Stoffvorhänge - Ergibt immer bisschen einen modeigen Geruch. Abnutzung bei Küche und Bad sichtbar. Insgesamt aber sauber.

Overall acceptable except with the following discomforts: dark yellow stains on blanket, musty sweat smells on cushions and pillows, have to close the windows fully else noises from cars and people passing by. Only one aircon at living room, so the rooms are quite warm in the day (also if close window at night). Pros: Clean toilets, fridge, kitchen, superb bakery right at ground level.

This airbnb was a great location with easy access to heaps of places to eat and go out as well as close to a major train station. Very nice modern furniture and appliances as well as a nice outdoor area with a pool. Overall this was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend.

1. Very nice and homely set up 2. Very well maintained and equipped w all necessary things u want to have for short stay 3. Location is very convenient close to CBD and chinatown yet is quiet and peaceful.

The place was as described in the listing, clean and minimally designed. Located within 10-15 mins walk away from CBD and many restaurants/pubs. The police station is located opposite as well for added security. the apartment is comfortable to stay in, with paid parking in the basement as well. hosts are proactive and mgt office is just below the apt.

Overall, the stay was truly enjoyable and exceeded expectations. The unit was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to—the kitchen gleamed, the bathroom was spotless, and the beds were fresh and perfectly made. Every corner of the space reflected a high standard of cleanliness, making it feel warm and welcoming. Additionally, the staff react promptly replacing a malfunctioning iron and taking the time to patiently guide us on how to use the dryer, ensuring our stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Unser Aufenhalt war tip top. Leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und da die Polizei um die Ecke einen Station hat, wird es manchmal ziemlich laut aufgrund der Sierenen!

Nice apartment but in the weekend can be a bit noisy. Location is good close to the center and a lot of good Chinese restaurants close by.

Great location , a bit noisy on weekends but still plenty to do and explore in the area on feet . Start with the bakery near the entrance of the building - it is amazing!

The place was ok, the beds were comfy. Few homeless hanging around down on the street they are harmless but you can hear them screaming and shouting through the day and sometimes in the night. Only major issue we had was the balcony doesn’t have a drain so when rains it fills up like a water pool. It was like this our whole stay. Besides that we really enjoyed the stay. Pubs and food close by.

We had a great stay at the place coming with a young child and elderly person. It was very convenient with parking as well as amenities. Super comfortable place to live in and great location. Highly recommended!
