• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

My stay at James St, Northbridge absolutely exceeded my expectations! I was tossing up between an Airbnb and hotel and I am so glad I chose this Airbnb, for the same price, if not cheaper than a stay in a hotel. We loved it so much we extended for an extra night. I stayed here with my young children and it was perfect. It had the convenience and safety of a hotel and a pool, but had the space and comfort of a home. There was even toys for the kids and a smart tv. Having a fold out lounge made our stay even more comfortable! I was worried that northbridge would be loud and difficult to find parking but it is located in a very quiet and convenient location with plenty of parking options. It also wasn’t in the middle of northbridge, so it was easy to come and go without getting stuck in traffic. Absolutely loved it, will definitely stay there again and have recommended to family already!

Nice place, very easy, clean. Good for families, but would note that it can be loud on the weekend evenings as close to nightlife. Also just noting there’s a shelter across the street, and a noticeable police presence that seems to correspond to that. Didn’t impact our stay at all however.

We had a great short stay at this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a slight issue on checking in, but we managed to find the manager at the office next door and he helped to sort it out quickly. Great location, too. We'd stay here again next time we're in Perth.

The apartment was exactly as it appeared online, and was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was also perfect. About a 20 min walk to the convention center and Elizabeth Quay, right in Northbridge so easy access to a lot of great shops and restaurants, but about two blocks off the main drag meaning that it was quiet while still being proximate to everything we needed. The building in which the flat was located is a little bit run down in terms of the carpeting, paint, elevator, etc., but the apartment itself was top notch. Clound BnB was also very helpful, responsive to all messages and able to provide us with an extra fob to access the building, which was important given that we were there for work and all had slightly different schedules.

The apartment was beautifully maintained, very comfortable and clean with lots of thoughtful provisions such as laundry capsules and milk in the fridge. My children were also delighted with the toys and games they found in the apartment. The location is perfect, an easy walk to many eateries. The host was also very attentive in his replies, helping us to arrange for a parking space very promptly and bringing over an extra portable fan when we requested for it. Overall a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and were so impressed by the apartment. We stayed with our 3 children. Everything was clean, worked and looked new. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and functional. The beds were comfortable including the sida bed. The TV was big enough for the space and the kids enjoyed the board games. It is opposite the police station but we didn't hear many sirens, and the police presence was comforting when walking home late at night. We could hear the night club up the road on the Saturday night but it didn't keep us awake. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue with the faulty baby cot and they are very willing to help.
