Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Well appointed place though a bit dated, needs working exhaust system specially in the shower area and toilet. Place right in the middle of night life/food area so its just a few meters away from a variety of restaurants although the noise at night specially during weekends is the downside.

Great place to stay for a short vacay. The place is 10 mins walk from the perth city station and bus station also nearby. The place is very quiet at night hence it is peaceful to sleep. There’s a bakery beside the apartment and you can get breakfast as early as 7am. Great services from the host, fast reply from them.

Managnent was very responsive before and during trip. Location is perfect no need for a car. Room was tidy and very spacious. Had everything we needed. Was a perfect stay with no hassles. Would highly recommend as the location and price are very good.

Our stay at Cloudbnb’s apartment was very enjoyable. The unit was walking distance from the city and the shops. The apartment was clean, comfortable, safe and secure. We were able to relax, go for a couple of swims in the pool and spa. Cloud BnB were very responsive when we asked questions and they were quick to correct an electrical problem that occurred during our stay. Yes I would absolutely stay here again.

This place was perfect for a family of 4. Ideally located for a nice 15 minute walk into the city centre and the transport links. It can be noisy for short periods in the evening due to its proximity to the Police Station but this should not put you off. There are plenty of cafe, restaurants and bars within walking distance with a lot of different cuisines. We would highly recommend this place for anyone considering staying here in the future.

The check in was super easy and convenient for a 3am arrival straight from the international airport. The apartment looked like at the photos however all the furniture feels very flimsy and cheap. Beds were not very comfortable, the mattress was very soft. The location is quite convenient with a short stroll to the CBD, which is why I chose it, not knowing the suburbs. However the Northbridge is quite rough, with lots of homeless people and loud parties pretty much every night. The noise from the traffic and generally from the street was so loud, it kept me awake most nights. Apart from that, the management was very helpful and the stay was pleasant.

Very loud outside the bedrooms with the police cars, and the trash storage… a high cost of cleaning is included however Instructions received to take the garbage out before leaving the place … no lock from the inside of the main door. Great coffee shop down the building… 20mns walk from city center and supermarket. Very clean and confortable. Very detailed instructions received..

It is a beautiful, clean and homely apartment … It’s a home away from home .. absolutely love the location which was near to almost everything we needed. Great spot, right in the heart of Northbridge. Obviously being on a busy street it got abit noisy. But it was still a beautiful place to stay over the weekend and the spa was absolutely a hit for those freezing cold evenings. Also super close to all the restaurants.
