Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

I was grateful for the host’s patience with my confusion finding the place and when there were issues (I didn’t get car parking info after paying for it, wifi network wasn’t present and there was no iron when the listing said there was one) hosts were relatively responsive in remediation! They went above and beyond bringing an iron down late at night when I found there wasn’t one on site so I could prepare a dress for a wedding. There is no noise cancelling in the room so I did get woken up to the sound of young boys yelling about their sexual exploits and then later to someone vomiting loudly but it was a prime spot in the middle of town so I wasn’t surprised! The pool was great, and the house was mostly clean! Thanks for having us :)

Had a great stay in a beautiful, clean unit. Had some trouble with the wifi, but the host responded quickly and provided an alternative solution. The check in and check out was fairly easy and came with clear instructions, but it can be a bit overwhelming for a first time user. Overall I am super satified with both the unit and service received and would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. I definately got my money's worth and enjoyed the stay!

東西配備很齊全,溝通也很即時回覆。 只是枕頭上有黑色斑點,只有一顆有,但看到還是有點不舒服。廚房配備很齊全,很棒! 但兩個鍋子很髒,感覺就是上個房客沒處理乾淨,打掃團隊也沒有注意到。 再來最困擾的是,這個房間在一樓靠近轉角處,所以手機訊號非常差,雖然管理團隊提供了wifi,但還是不算完美。 但管理團隊的即時回覆十分加分,有問題也很努力協助,這個部分很棒! 地理位置離北橋熱鬧區域大概步行3-6分鐘而已,我覺得適合回家需要安靜休息的人。 當然公寓其他房客有時候很吵,但這跟管理團隊沒有關係。

Had a great stay in this apartment, it has everything you need and is a comfortable stay, the apartment is very homey and cute. It is a short enjoyable walk into the city centre with lots of local cafes, bars, restaurants. Although, it does get quite loud on the weekends, people coming in and out late at night also the internet and signal is quite bad in the apartment. Other than that it was a wonderful stay, the host is very responsive and happy to help, we will be back!

Airbnb parfait dans Northbridge. Très bien situé et accessible rapidement à pied de toutes les commodités du quartier. Le logement est situé dans une résidence. Il est très propre et correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description. Il dispose d'un lit king size et d'un canapé lit, tous les deux très confortables. L'hôte est très réactif et à répondu très rapidement à nos différentes demandes. Les instructions d'entrée et de sortie sont quant à elle très claires Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande sans hésitation.
