We had a great stay at this apartment in Northbridge. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the place was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We were even able to cook on some days, which was really convenient for our family. The location was fantastic — close to plenty of great dining options, all within walking distance. A big thank you to the host for accommodating our request for a late check-out (at an additional cost) due to our midnight flight — it made a big difference and was truly appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely recommend!

The Northbridge townhouse was perfect for our conference delegation with ease of access to the convention centre via taxi (straight onto the freeway) and, more importantly, a walkable distance to the food, drinks and entertainment area of Northbridge. The accomodation was nice and comfortable with everything you need. Would stay again.

Great stay with my wife and two friends here. Easy to find, check in, and also very easy to walk almost anywhere in Perth city centre. Amenities in house also provided everything we needed. Host was very helpful in answering our questions and arranging late checkout, providing all required information etc. Two private parking spaces were also very helpful! Would happily stay here again when visiting Perth.

we stayed for two weeks in-between arriving in Perth and moving into a rental home. The accommodation was good for that reason. The place was well equipped in the kitchen and adequately equipped to live in. We requested and early check in which was granted. However, check out is at 10 am and the cleaners were already there by 9:40 am. I was quiet disappointed though at the after check out service. In error we forgot to empty out the fridge and freezer which had quiet alot of food and meat item in the freezer that was still unused and in tack. When I called to ask if I can collect, I was told that is not available anymore. I understand the rules guidelines when staying at Air bnb, but on previous occasions in other states, my kids had forgotten items and they would gladly set aside and arrange for collection. In this case however, they were blatant that the food was no longer available for collection. The unopened and packed meat was valed at approx 150AUD, excl fridge items

The house is beautiful and well-located, just a 15 minutes walk from the nearest street with stores and restaurants. The host provided excellent service, responding quickly and accommodating all of our queries and requests. When we arrived, the house hadn't been prepared as expected as the cleaners forgot to clean this place, but the host immediately offered a prompt solution and resolved the issue. We also experienced some trouble with the WIFI but they came down and fixed it right away. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the hosts' attentiveness!

The flat was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished. We very much enjoyed our stay. I accidentally left my laptop behind when we checked out and Leonardo was very helpful in making sure it got returned to me.

the unit appears to have been updated recently and was well maintained. overall a nice place to stay at and we certainly enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautiful! It was well decorated and well maintained, and even had special touches like books for all ages. We requested a cot for our baby, and though it was a travel cot (the same one used by seemingly every airbnb, which is super uncomfortable with barely any padding), this was the only host that went the extra mile to pad the bottom with extra soft blankets to make it cosy :) It’s the only place during our 11 days trip where our baby could sleep happily in his own cot, instead of with us in our bed. Not the cheapest, but overall we were delighted with our stay :)

Great location, close to bars and restaurants but on the quieter street of northbridge which is perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

When we arrived we were really taken back by how beautiful the house looks and the location was great. Unfortunately the aircon upstairs hadn’t been serviced in a very long time and wasn’t working but we are grateful that Cloud BnB fixed it promptly. The house was clean - a few areas missed but overall it was a lovely stay. If you’re looking for a great spot right in the heart of northbridge this is a great option. We also found our host to be incredibly helpful and responsive and really appreciated the help with the AC.

Easily access able from motorway from airport, Northern suburbs. 5 mins walk to heart of Northbridge restaurant/night club district. Very well appointed, easy access from parking bay into rear of property for luggage. All bedrooms on upper level is excellent for families wishing to be co-located. Quality of bed linen was high. In new condition. Beach towels supplied were a nice touch. Well equipped laundry facilities and good quality drying racks.

Stayed at the Northbridge property with my family and we had a lovely stay. It felt secure and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved its location too as it was a short drive from the highway and there are nice cafes located nearby. It is also a short drive to the airport. Cloud Bnb was also very responsive to our queries. Fabulous townhouse right in the centre of Perth close to bars, restaurants, shops and transport. The house contained everything we needed but was clean, tidy and uncluttered. Perfect space for a family of 5. Secure and with ample safe parking. Thank you, the house was perfect

Great house just noisy surroundings

Lovely accommodation that had everything we needed. Home was modern, had all the comforts we needed. I appreciated good bathroom facilities, nice hot water and stable internet. Kitchen was well equipped - even including chopsticks, and coffee pods for use. Kids enjoyed a small selection of toys available to play with. Beds and linen were comfortable. Air conditioner takes a bit of time to cool the house down (we visited during 35-37 degree heat in summer) but was critical to keep our stay comfortable. Home felt private and secure. Dedicated parking immediately behind the townhouse was really convenient to bring luggage in and out. I didn’t have to contact the owners for anything extra, comms was complete and easy to follow Would happily stay again if we come back to Perth. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay. The townhouse is carefully decorated, clean and fully equipped. Great location, just short walk to heart of Northbridge yet very private and tranquil. Host is very responsive even during Christmas. Only minor problem was that didn’t figure out how to turn on aircon in the bedrooms, not too hot at night so not a big issue. Would love to stay again.

Fantastic accommodation. Good location and really tidy and nice place to rest and be home away from home. Will definitely choose this accommodation again when I come back to Perth.

Gorgeous house, very clean and with everything you need. Location was very central and walking distance to restaurants and CBD. Just be careful with the young and elderly as the master bathroom floor gets slippery when wet.

Great location walk to all Perth and North Bridge has to offer. Photos give the impression of a much bigger space. Everything new and clean recently renovated.

The space was clean and modern. The owner was responsive and helpful. Property has been renovated and well appointed. The location is close to town and lots of great eateries and bars. The main bedroom is at times noisy with foot and road traffic.

Superb location with the quietness in the neighborhood but just 5 minutes walk, you can find all the actions/music in Northbridge. The place is very clean and tidy as advertised and uses high quality household appliances. The host is also very accommodating and allowed my sister to check-in at a few hours earlier before my arrival. Also, we had a longer stay in the premises and we used up all the Expresso capsules, by the next working day, replenished Expresso capsules were given to us. I will stay there again if I re-visit Perth

Fantastic location, clean and decent place

Fantastic little hideaway in the midst of it all. The owners had thought of everything and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possible need. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The hosts were super fast to respond and accommodate . Highly recommend ⭐️ thank you!!

We loved our stay - super clean and tastefully decorated. Loved the extra touches like board games and reading books/travel guides. Cosy outdoor areas and easy parking. Great location - I was worried it would be noisy - there is some street noise but it didn't disturb us. Perfect house for a family and in a great central spot - we would absolutely stay again.

Good location, house was well stocked, bathrooms bright, linen clean and beds comfortable. Host was responsive. Free dedicated parking by the front door and kids toys, board games and books was a plus. It got a little noisy at night/early morning due to sirens and garbage trucks but other than that, it is a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you for accommodating us at such a last minute!

Great location, close to the CBD and many great restaurants in Northbridge. The house was comfortable.

Clean and tidy apartment.

Booked for a visit to Perth for five adults. The apartment is in a block of similar units and the carparking is in a secure area behind the apartment. Access was easy with a key box outside the front door. The apartment is small but as per the listing. Cleaning wasn't brilliant - the bath mat had dirty footprints on it and the shower had hairs on the floor. Very basic kitchen supplies - eg a full sized fridge with two tiny bottles of water for a 6 berth apartment. Location was central but you can't easily access the city due to the train line. We had one noisy night with a house party somewhere nearby and the police eventually arriving to break it up. Overall it suited what we needed but didn't feel like more than a hotel.

Very clean and secure place well located if you are interested in Northbridge, Perth City or Cultural district.

We loved our stay and would recommend it to families or even a bunch of friends who want to get away.

Lovely house, convenient to walk into town. Very reasonable price. Lock box to get in was a little stiff, but the host was super responsive re little things like needing more bin bags and my colleague leaving some shoes at check out
