Terms and Conditions
• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Nice spacious apartment, had all amenities you need except a coffee machine - this would top it off! We didn’t hear the traffic, probably because we kept the windows closed and heating on as it was very cold. Car park was right next to the lift making it easy to access. Keys are collected at the apartment so very easy to pick up. Only one set, so would need to leave in lock box if going out at different times. Short walk into the city and to the train/bus station. We stayed with 2 young babies - no amenities for children so had to bring everything with us including plate/cutlery etc. this would be a simple and cheap addition which would improve the stay. Also note that the second bedroom has glass doors into the lounge - can’t see through them but they let all the light in to the bedroom.

Fairly convenient location, walkable distance of around 20 minutes to the botanical garden or the CBD Parts of the carpet looked a bit worn out, but otherwise the place was cosy and the beds were comfortable. Communication was easy, and we appreciated the host’s quick response during check in.

Great place, looked just like the photos. It is in a hotel which feels safer when traveling. Hosts respond quick and the area is nice to walk around. It is very close to the CBD. Would stay here again!

The location is right at the base of Kings Park. As we like our walks it was perfect. Not far down the road is Elizebeth Quay. Bus, train and restaurants. The appartment suited us perfectly. Would definately stay again.

We had a great time at the apartment. The place is centrally located and extremely convenient to get around within the city. The management was very clear with their instructions and the check-in and check-out was super easy. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, so that was extremely convenient too. Great space, great location. enough room for 4 Adults. Quite and safe area. Need pass to get up too room and key for entry to room, if sharing with other Adults, leave key in outdoor lock box. WiFi a bit unreliable. Hot water shower only good for 2 nice hot showers, then needs time to reheat.

Pros - location was convenient, being in the CBD area. Walking distance to Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park. Stay was largely peaceful and uneventful. Neighbours were quiet, no traffic noise from the bedrooms considering it's next to a highway. Listing stated no towels and hairdryer, but these were provided. Thank you. Cons - Delayed check-in (though it was made up with extended checkout time). Cleaners were running late and the floor wasn't vacuumed, pantry and toilet paper wasn't restocked when they left. Cooking pots were in unusable condition (rusty insides). Thankfully the rice cooker worked, so we made do with it. Only 1 set of keycard provided when keycard is required for lift access. Automated messages were sent with instructions that differed from what was arranged with their staff. Front door is sticky, takes a bit of force to open.
