• Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing.
• Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500.
• Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed.
• Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs.
• Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
• Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night.
• Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property.
• Lost keys will be charged $200 per set.
• If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.

Great location, you can walk to the city easily. The place isn’t new, but it has everything you need. It’s nice to have a private parking spot too. The apartment faces the highway, so it gets a bit noisy if you leave the balcony door open. Also, the bathroom window isn't sealed very well, which makes winter showers a bit chilly, and sometimes smoke from the neighbors drifts in.

Great place to set yourself down when you're in Perth CBD, with a lot of places near by including Kings Park. However there is a vast amount of noise pollution coming from the nearby highway, so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you.

I really think the Cloudbnb team needs to stay at their own place for a week to understand what their place is like as an Airbnb guest. I feel the team has alot of potential to provide their guests a quality stay in the future. They seemed to be very inexperienced yet really listened to my issues with their place and they did try to remedy them and they ensured me that they appreciated my comments and suggestions to ensure my wife and I as very experienced Airbnb guests would have a pleasant one week stay in Perth. Their communication style was a bit erratic, confusing, and unclear… yet they responded well to my continued concerns and questions and in the end came through in a positive manner… It was just one issue after another and I politely told them that their quality control protocols needed massive improvement. It seemed that they had never actually been to their own accommodation. The location of the airbnb was superb for visiting Perth and I highly recommend booking with them!
