Great property that suited our needs. It had everything to make us comfortable and make us feel at home. Awesome communication and lots of information so I knew what was going on at all times.

Nice once inside. Very comfortable bed and layout. Very clean with great air conditioning. Good location Instructions are excessive with too many tasks and instructions. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Outside the apartment is a bit old and dated but once inside, the place is comfortable and clean.

Clean apartment, convenient location, good management

The apartment was very clean and exactly as pictured in the photos. Loved the generous amenities and the layout was perfect for what I needed. It was also in a great location. When I arrived it was communicated to me that there was an issue with the power which had been resolved, but unfortunately it tripped again which meant I spent the first evening without electricity. I completely understand that these things happen but felt the team could have been more apologetic / helpful with resolving this. I also found the communication could have improved. While the team was really responsive, they were also reliant on autogenerated messages which occasionally resulted in confusion / miscommunication. I was also contacted on a few occasions as they wanted to let contractors into the apartment .. not ideal when you are trying to enjoy the space privately. All in all, I would book again!
