Very well presented apartment. Great location and great hosts

This was a great location, close to everything. The apartment was spacious & had lots of amenities. Hosts were great at responding.

Overall a pleasant stay. Unit was clean & equipped w amenities like bathroom & laundry supplies & a range of kitchen appliances & utensils. It felt slightly smaller than expected from the photos, likely due to wide-angle photo, but otherwise match the listing accurately. Location is great—on a quieter end of CBD. Supermarket nearby & busier areas within walking distance. Host was responsive & helpful, answering questions & request promptly. Things to note: During our stay (late May 26), garbage chute was broken. Chute is few metres from unit entrance (have to pass by it coming from elevator/car park). Strong garbage smell in the corridor but did not enter the unit itself. Past reviews suggest this may be an ongoing issue. Unit is on 3rd floor, so occasional traffic & street noise can be heard from outside. Remote & key fob included for garage access but remote only worked when exiting. So we had to get off the car to tap the key fob on the door. Bit inconvenient, esp when raining

Position was great and close walking to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient and has many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host was super responsive and helpful. The only downside side - which is not the hosts fault - is that the corridor/common areas of the building had a terrible smell of garbage. The smell was very strong and stayed consistent. Thankfully, the smell didn’t go into the apartment. Again, not the fault of the host. I would definitely recommend staying here and will do myself again.

Das Appartement punktet mit einer sehr zentralen Lage, einer modernen und sauberen Ausstattung sowie dem dazugehörigen Parkplatz, Pool, Gym etc. Einzig die Schlüsselübernahme und -abgabe war etwas umständlicher, da diese nicht direkt bei der Unterkunft war. Ansonsten empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und bedanken uns herzlich für die angenehme Beherbegung.

The unit was immaculate. Close to good restaurants. A really great place to stay.

The unit’s in the very new Perth Hub building right beside RAC Arena, so very walkable. We walked to Northbridge, the new Yangon Square restaurants & bars & slightly longer walks to the CBD bars & restaurants. Very nicely decorated & equipped. Lamps, rugs, cushions, art, decor, all the boxes ticked. There are heaps of short term rentals in this building with no rugs, art or lamps, so it’s a nice change. Stylish, comfortable, convenient. Really good kitchen set up & outdoor sofas were wonderful. Comfortable beds. (Bedrooms are very compact). Building facilities like gym & pool are marvellous. Painful ID and bond process. There are some things out of the hosts’ control; the air cons are weirdly noisy, there’s mechanical noise from the lift lobby, hallway absolutely stinks of rubbish and the carpark is insanely hard to access & filthy (take your shoes off if you walk from the carpark into the unit) The unit is on level 3 so you will sometimes hear cars & motorbikes hooning overnight

We stayed for work which was perfect due to location. The apartment was great with two bedrooms, queen beds, two bathrooms and two tvs perfect for two colleagues needing their own spaces. Cloudbnb were great to deal with, highly professional and responsive. The only issues we had was a pungent smell when entering the apartment, that dissipated when the windows and balcony doors were opened, and the air conditioner didn’t work properly - not sure if it was the unit itself or user error as there weren’t any instructions to trouble shoot. Though there weren’t many options to select so have informed Cloubnb to look into. Great stay and great management!

This place was in a great area and across the road from RAC Arena! Kitchen is well equipped and host was very responsive. Very roomy and comfy place.

We stayed for 2 nights for a concert and was in the absolute perfect location! Will definitely recommend to anyone and will stay here on our return to Perth 😊 apartment was beautiful and clean.
