we stayed in perth city for about 14-15 days, and we really enjoyed the city and its atmosphere. the apartment in our opinion is very much in accordance with the description, all fulfilled and very clean. and is a place that is one of our favorite places to visit again. Very close to the CBD and many good restaurants around it and very close to car rentals too. the manager is very helpful and responsive. overall the place is very good. Great location and easy parking! When I raised a maintenance and amenity shortage issue, the host organised drop-off of the items; great to deal with.
