t's a nice and cozy apartment with everything we needed. Very convenient location. Our kids loved the playground and myself loved walking to the shopping mall and restaurants. Will book again!

Amazing, clean and comfortable stay.

Overall the property was good but few things require attention. Stuff placed in the house need improvement. Better quality hangers for example. Also, a better quality iron board and iron would do. I bought lots of wooden hangers and a better quality iron and left at the time of leaving to be used by other tenants. There is a lift to go up to the 2nd floor but I was told there isn't any. The quality of white good used is particularly sub-optimal. The front loader machine of ?brand did not do the job at all. I had to wash my clothes straight after the first cycle and used a lot of detergent so many times, but no effect. Also, the dishwasher was of an unknown brand/quality, and require "heavy" option for the dishes which were not even dirty. There was little in terms of storage. For routine stuff (socks, underwears etc.) it's better to have drawers in the cupboards or have a chest of drawers in each room/cupboards. TV wasn't even a smart one. Fantastic location, lovely to have a park opposite for older children. Great amenities in the flat. Clean and tidy on arrival. Washing machine door was broken, we reported it and no one came to inspect and fix.

Sehr schönes Apartment in schöner Lage am Park. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen, somit hatte man leider keine frische Luft in den Schlafzimmern.

Very inconvenient that the lift was broken when we arrived, we had to carry our suitcases up to the 2nd floor, the engineers fixed it during our stay but it was broken again when we checked out so we had to carry the cases back down again! Fan needs to be fixed it the main bedroom, enable to open the window so it gets very warm during the night. Needs to update the cutlery draw, they all look well used and not many of them! The kitchen has an awkward layout, no room to plug a kettle and toaster in together! Uncomfortable balcony furniture could do with a few cushions. The apartment should cater for 4 people but only 3 drinking glasses unless you use a wine glass for water and not many breakfast bowls. We, 3 adults did enjoy our stay, perfect place for the shopping centre, but a little too quiet in the evenings, not many restaurants nearby, within walking distance. We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that has mobility issues because of the problems with the lift or if you don’t drive.

Fantastic little place in a great location in Rockingham. Short walk to the shopping centre, longer enjoyable walk to the beach. Everything you need is within reach.

Do note that there is only one a/c unit at the living room for the entire unit. Didn't really affect us as the weather is still bearable.

View of garden was spectacular. House felt like home with great bed and full kitchen amenities. Aircond was working well and the house was spotless clean. Really recommended stay.

The apartment was lovely, big enough and had a great view of the park. It was comfortable and central to everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Stayed at this listing for 12 Days during our holiday, as a family of 4 with two very young children (2yrs and 4 mths old). It was for a holiday trip. Great location wise as there's a big playground and a nice park to spend the evening with the kids, once we are done with our day activities. It was helpful to get medical attention in the area when our little one fell sick - Hospital/medical center are few mins drive only. People in the neighborhood were friendly. Shopping centre, beach front and plenty FnB options nearby. Cloudbnb Management was very helpful and responsive to our queries. They were efficient to fix matters that we highlighted - eg. Fused light and loose bathroom rack etc. Provided us with extra floor mats/towels upon request. The unit has well equipped kitchen, if you're planning to make simple meals. It was a fuss-free stay, with an overall pleasant experience.

The place was clean and comfortable, with a good park view from the balcony. The location is convenient - easy access to shopping centre, restaurants and bar. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and responded quickly to any questions I had. Thank you!
