The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable and situated in a quiet secure gated complex. Entrance to the building and hallway could do with some cleaning and a bit of a let down but apartment was great. Best to have a car to get around, location was central to everything being only a short drive to shopping centre and Rockingham beach. Communication with CloudStays was responsive & informative but lacked that personal touch that Airbnb are renown for. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was close to Rockingham City Shopping Centre and walking distance to many businesses. Awesome park for the kids just outside the complex. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Complex was secure and had secure parking.

I stayed at this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb in Perth for 17 nights, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The moment I walked in, I could tell the place was meticulously cleaned . The overall environment was fresh, tidy, extremely cozy. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking. Having a proper kitchen made my long stay so much more convenient and enjoyable. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and quiet, having 2 bathrooms was privacy and ease. Just a short distance away is Rockingham City Park, which features a large, well‑maintained grassy area ideal for relaxing, reading, or having a picnic. Although the property is about a 50‑minute drive from Perth's CBD, that distance actually adds to the charm. It feels a countryside escape. From smooth check‑in to prompt and helpful communication, everything was handled seamlessly. I’ll definitely look for this management company again for my future stays in Perth. Highly recommended!

Overall a decent place to stay. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from neighbors slamming doors etc at all hours. A lot of the kitchen items had dried food on them and had to be cleaned before using which was disappointing. Perhaps adding a dishwasher or better cleaning supplies would solve this issue. The parking space was also very tight so I wouldn’t want to have a large vehicle. Shops and fast food options are very close by which was good and the park opposite was nice.

great communication, great location, would recommend to others

Great apartment for our needs. Very well fitted out, tidy and quiet. Plenty to keep us occupied locally and still an easy distance/drive to Fremantle and Perth etc to take in the sites. While at no time did we feel unsafe, the only negative was the apparent ease of access into the block of apartments. The main door could often be opened without entering the access code and more often than not the fire escape door was held open by a doormat, thus allowing access to anyone. However, this certainly cannot be attributed to the hosts nor the apartment itself. Both of which were excellent.

Our apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Location great, easy walk to shopping, restaurants, park and cinema. Easy access, private and peaceful. Host was helpful and kind. We had everything we needed here. Thank you.
