Previously stayed here 2.5 years ago and again recently, this place is like a home away from home, everything is walkable from here. Will never not recommend here!

This unit was very clean and particularly well equipped compared to similar units that I’ve stayed at. They were very easy to deal with too!

Quite expensive but at the same time worth the money. Easy access with a car. Washing machine and a dryer. 5/5

My friends and I loved this apartment and thought it was brilliant and would definitely recommend. The location was perfect and the room was clean, although there was a weird smell in the communal hallway at times. This place would receive 5 stars but unfortunately there were some issues with amenities such as a broken tv, broken lock, broken toaster, as well as a lack of supplies like hand wash, dishwashing tablets and washing liquid for a 30 night stay between 4 people. However the hosts were very helpful and responsive and fixed all issues as soon as they were addressed. The small fridge and lack of cups/cutlery and bowls proved again to make a difficult stay for 4 people over 30 nights. And not being given the code to the front gate at first which faces the shopping centre/main road became very inconvenient as we were left to walk from the back, around the park to get to where we needed. Other than these minor issues this place is fantastic and was a great addition to our Holiday!

Very handy location, with many shops, a large mall, supermarkets, nice parks, and so much else in the area (just a few minutes walk). Plus parking for a car made it very easy to do whatever we felt like doing. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and very functional. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

The apartment was well presented, generally clean and great value. Check how the beds are made though. The sheets on ours were just jammed into the sides of the bed frame rather than tucked in and made you wonder if they were fresh. Centrally located in Rockingham, close to local shops and a 5 minute drive to the foreshore. The tenancy is mostly local industry short term workers accommodation though as they are corporate style apartments. The apartment is adjacent to a main road but the noise was only noticeable in the early morning as the daily rush began. Nice view through trees towards vacant land. Access to the complex is gated with code but anyone can walk in. Building also entry with code but tenants jamb doors open for ease of access. The apartment is managed by a short term rental agency so you need to complete their registration form outside of Airbnb. This includes providing copies of your ID, licence etc.
