We’re conveniently located near the central train station and bus station, as well as free CAT bus services, making it simple to explore the city center without a car. For those who prefer to drive, we offer free parking on the premises. Perth Airport is approximately 20 kilometers away, about a 25-minute drive. Rideshare services are readily available from the street outside the building.
Step out and explore the vibrant heart of Perth! This apartment on Barrack Street puts you right in the middle of the action. Historic buildings and state landmarks surround you, with the State Art Gallery just a stone’s throw away. Indulge in retail therapy at the large pedestrian shopping mall, a mere 5-minute walk. For a scenic escape, the ferry terminal is nearby, offering trips to South Perth and Rottnest Island. Enjoy the city’s nightlife with laneway bars and rooftop venues within easy reach, along with a diverse culinary scene. The entertainment precinct is a short stroll away. For a breath of fresh air, Kings Park and Botanic Garden, one of the world’s largest inner-city parks, is easily accessible, less than 3 kilometers away.
Terms and Conditions • Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing. • Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500. • Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed. • Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs. • Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. • Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night. • Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property. • Lost keys will be charged $200 per set. • If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest. The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price will apply.
Any refund will be calculated based on the total booking price, less the applicable cancellation fee and any non-refundable fees or charges set by the booking platform or payment provider.
